Abstract

Technological and industrial developments require qualified human resources in every company, strong companies are able to survive all forms of change and challenges of the times. Currently, companies must be able to anticipate and adapt to technological developments and one of the most important assets of a company is its human resources because this affects the survival of the company. The results of the literature review show that human resources have a significant influence on digital transformation, especially through increasing company capabilities. By using an HR quality assessment based on knowledge, skills, expertise and behavior, organizations can accurately determine how to improve the capabilities of each employee. To support objective performance assessment, a balance of qualified human resources is needed, and resource support will facilitate objective performance assessment. In the digital human resource transformation process, the optimization of a company's human resource capacity is measured through the knowledge, skills, expertise and behavior of the company's employees. By paying attention to the impact of performance, businesses can design strategies to achieve goals supported by digital transformation. This research presents an objective view of how to improve a company's human resource capabilities through digital transformation. Focusing on the digital era, this article provides knowledge about the importance of more accurate and effective decision making in human resource management. The aim of this article is to provide an effective combination to improve a company's HR capabilities during this complex digital transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolahan pembiayaan akad kafalah pada lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia dengan menggunakan alat bantu NVivo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan Nvivo dan kajian pustaka. Teknik analisis data meliputi: (1) pemetaan jumlah kode artikel berita berdasarkan analisis kualitatif “Akad Kafalah” menggunakan software NVivo 14; (2) pemetaan hasil visualisasi dengan diagram hirarkis dan pengujian korelasi hubungan antar artikel media menggunakan analisis kualitatif; (3) pemetaan topik penelitian dengan Worldcloud atau kumpulan kata yang sering dibahas dalam artikel media; dan (4) Uji nilai signifikansi antar artikel media untuk mengetahui besarnya atau besarnya korelasi seputar topik “Akad Kafalah”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa topik yang sering dibahas dalam artikel media tentang Akad Kafalah adalah manfaat dan jenis akad kafalah. Sedangkan topik yang jarang dibahas oleh artikel media tentang Pembiayaan Kafalah adalah pengertian dan hukum kafalah. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukan Studi Literatur Review yang dihasilkan menjadi rekomendasi untuk peningkatan manajemen pembiyaan akad kafalah pada lembaga keuangan syari’ah di Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) integrated with biometric technology has opened new opportunities in leadership development, particularly in enhancing emotional regulation capabilities within high-stakes environments. This study aims to analyze the role of AI-driven biometric feedback in improving self-awareness, emotional regulation, and decision-making quality among leaders. The study employs a systematic literature review approach by examining recent reputable scientific publications related to AI, biometrics, and leadership. The findings indicate that physiological data such as heart rate variability (HRV) and galvanic skin response (GSR), when processed through AI systems, can provide real-time feedback that enhances individuals’ ability to recognize and regulate emotions adaptively. Furthermore, the integration of this technology contributes to improved accuracy and consistency in decision-making under pressure. The results also reveal that the effectiveness of implementation is influenced by both technical and non-technical factors, including data quality, algorithm accuracy, and user acceptance. This study contributes to strengthening the integration of psychological and technological approaches in modern leadership research and offers practical implications for developing data-driven leadership training programs in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to explain leadership path goal theory. Literature study is used as a method in research. The data is taken, collected, and analyzed from books and scientific journals that have similar topics, then made into writings and conclusions. The results of the study show that using path goal leadership can increase employee motivation. The results applied with the application of the path goal leadership style can increase employee motivation. Path-goal theory recognizes four leadership behaviors for increasing subordinate motivation. The four path-goal leadership styles that serve to provide structure and reward to subordinates are directive, supportive, participatory, and achievement-oriented.
