Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

Abstract

Consumer preferences and strengths have undergone significant changes with the advancement of technology, and intense market competition necessitates companies to be more competitive, particularly in their marketing activities. To endure amidst the highly competitive market, companies need to delve into consumer behavior to implement appropriate strategies. The Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and Brand Trust behaviors in consumers are influential factors that can drive them to make purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the impact of Fear of Missing Out and Brand Trust on the purchasing decisions of The Originote products. It is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The sample comprises 100 students from the Management Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data collection is carried out through observation, literature review, and surveys. Data analysis is conducted using multiple regression analysis with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The research results indicate that Fear of Missing Out and Brand Trust simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, Fear of Missing Out has a positive but not significant impact on purchasing decisions, while Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions..

Abstract

Peran perempuan pekerja buruh kerupuk adalah salah satunya pekerjaan yang dapat meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Ketahanan ekonomi keluarga dapat dipengaruhi oleh adanya konstribusi perempuan yang sangat berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan keluarga, khusunya dalam bidang ekonomi, tak sedikit dari kaum perempuan yang bekerja demi membantu meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi keluarganya. Dalam hal ini perempuan memainkan peran gandanya dalam keluarga yang mana dirinya bukan hanya mengurus pekerjaan rumah tangga, akan tetapi mereka juga dapat berpartisipasi di sektor publik karena kebutuhan keluarga yang semakin besar jika dibandingkan dengan penghasilan yang diperolehnya. Adanya peran yang dilakukan oleh kaum perempuan disebut dengan peran perempuan pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran perempuan pekerja buruh kerupuk dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat perempuan pekerja buruh kerupuk dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga di Desa Mangli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang sangat besar dari adanya perempuan pekerja buruh kerupuk dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga, yang mana dengan kontribusi tersebut dapat membantu ekonomi keluarga secara signifikan dan hal tersebut mereka lakukan demi tercapainya kestabilan dan ketahanan ekonomi dalam keluarganya.
