Abstract

This qualitative study aims to investigate the level of financial literacy and management proficiency among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research employs a descriptive qualitative research design to explore the perceptions and practices of MSME owners or managers regarding financial matters. A purposive sampling technique is utilized to select participants, focusing on MSMEs operating in diverse industries and geographical locations. Data analysis involves thematic analysis, enabling the identification of recurring themes and patterns in participants' responses. The findings of this study provide insights into the financial knowledge and skills of MSMEs, highlighting potential areas for improvement and intervention. Ultimately, this research contributes to the understanding of the financial behaviors and challenges faced by MSMEs, aiding policymakers and stakeholders in developing targeted support programs and initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the interplay between principal leadership, school management practices, and teacher competence in facilitating character building within educational settings. Employing Bloom's Taxonomy as a conceptual framework, the research seeks to understand how these factors synergize to nurture holistic development among students. The study utilizes purposive sampling to select participants, including principals and teachers, from diverse educational institutions. Data analysis involves thematic coding and triangulation of perspectives. Initial findings suggest that effective principal leadership and strategic school management strategies significantly influence the cultivation of character traits in students. Moreover, teacher competence emerges as a crucial factor in implementing character education initiatives. The study underscores the intricate relationship between leadership, management, and teacher efficacy in shaping a conducive environment for character development in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between financial performance indicators (ROA, Financial Distress, and Debt to Equity Ratio) and firm value. Employing a purposive sampling technique, data were gathered from a diverse range of companies across industries. The study utilized thematic analysis to interpret the qualitative data. Results suggest nuanced dynamics between financial performance metrics and firm value, revealing the multifaceted nature of their interplay. While ROA reflects short-term profitability, Financial Distress highlights operational challenges, and Debt to Equity Ratio underscores financial leverage. The findings underscore the importance of considering various financial performance indicators holistically to comprehend their impact on firm value comprehensively. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the complex relationship between financial performance dynamics and firm valuation in the business landscape.

Abstract

This book review examines the impact of integrating Bloom's Taxonomy into entrepreneurship education on the competitiveness and performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through a comprehensive analysis of literature, empirical evidence, and expert opinions, the review highlights the significance of this pedagogical approach in fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills among entrepreneurship students. Empirical studies demonstrate improvements in students' competencies and learning outcomes following exposure to Bloom's Taxonomy-aligned curricula. Case studies, such as the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), provide evidence of the practical relevance of this approach in addressing challenges faced by MSMEs. Expert opinions underscore the importance of preparing students for the dynamic demands of the entrepreneurial ecosystem through curriculum designs that prioritize higher-order cognitive skills development. Overall, the review emphasizes the transformative potential of Bloom's Taxonomy integration in shaping the future of entrepreneurship education and enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in global markets.
