Abstract

This research addresses water supply issues at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Semarang, Noodle Division. The Submersible Pump often experiences damage, such as Short Circuits due to phase failure. To address this, a Phase Failure Relay (PFR) was added to control the pump. The study employs observation, literature review, and interviews to evaluate the impact of PFR on pump control and safety aspects. The research findings indicate that the addition of PFR successfully prevents damage, with the potential for reducing repair costs, providing a practical solution in controlling the Submersible Pump at PT. Indofood.

Abstract

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era began to enter the virtual realm through connectivity between humans, machines, and data spread in various places and known as the Internet of Things (IoT) where the technology is needed in the current era. Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that connects physical devices, vehicles, household appliances, and various other items. The Community Service Method used is offline training. The results of this Community Service are 30 participants who participated in the training with initially there were only 4 participants who understood the concept and application of IoT to 29 participants with a percentage of 86.2%, followed by participants' interest in the IoT field from 3 participants to 28 participants with a percentage of 89.2%, and activeness in question and answer sessions and discussions from 5 participants to 30 participants with a percentage of 83.3%.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of HTML training at MAN 2 Jepara as part of a community service initiative by the UNISNU KKN team in Kelet Village to develop students' digital skills. Through this article, we will explain the training implementation methods, the objectives to be achieved, and the expected benefits. Currently, students from MAN 2 Jepara majoring in informatics have learned how to use computers, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. As a major with an informatics background, there is certainly an expectation to learn other things in the field, especially in web development. Therefore, the UNISNU KKN team in Kelet Village took the initiative to conduct basic HTML training. To achieve the expected goals and benefits, the author adopts practical and interactive training methods. The training results show an increase in understanding of the basic concepts of HTML by 43%, interest in the field of web development by 28%, and active participation in question and answer sessions by 50%.

Abstract

Milkfish farming in coastal ponds of Ujung Watu Village, Jepara, is highly influenced by the stability of water salinity levels. Significant fluctuations in salinity can interfere with the growth and health of fish, so an adaptive control system is needed. Research methods include field data collection, hardware and software design, and system testing in an active pond for 14 days (23-hour sampling), where data is extracted for 23 hours. The system uses a salinity sensor to detect water conditions, PLC to automatically control the brackish water pump, while wireless remote control uses IoT, in addition to controliing, IoT to send data to the Android-based monitoring platform. The test results show that this machine is able to maintain salinity levels within the optimal range of 10000-30000 ppm, and provide remote monitoring convenience to pond farmers. The monitoring system serves as a predictive for manual wireless control of electric pumps (IoT), while automatic control is controlled by PLC.
