The methods used include a participatory empowerment approach through branding and digital marketing training, technology dissemination (coffee hulling machines, sorting machines, and biopore drilling machines), and ongoing mentoring. The program significantly increased the capacity of partners. The implementation of the coffee hulling and sorting machines increased processing efficiency, produced standard-quality products, and provided additional income from sorting services. The digital marketing training successfully built brand identity and opened broader marketing access. Furthermore, 2,500 biopore holes were created, contributing to water and soil conservation on a 2-hectare plot of land. This community service program has proven effective in increasing productivity, product added value, and partner income. The sustainability of the program requires ongoing mentoring, expanded biopore implementation, and partnership development to strengthen the institutional capacity and market access of the Wana Bhakti LMDH.
