Abstract

Abstract. This study discusses the role of Musyrif on supporting the effectiveness of learning through the Muwajjah program at Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Muawanah Cidawalong. The self study program is an additional training at night, where students receive direct guidance from Musyrif. The aim of this study is to examine the role of Musyrif in increasing student learning outcomes and the factors that influence the success of the Muwajjah program. The research method used is aqualitative and descriptive approach, involving interview, observation and literature studies or documentation studies. The results showed that Musyrif role plays a significant role in improving the learning outcomes of Santri through various activities such as going daily night attendance, reporting on learning progress, counseling guidance, so leading and worshiping together. However, the success of the program is influenced by internal and external factors, such as Santri motivation, the presence of teachers and favorite subject. Therefore, the appropriate program and the work of Musyrif play an important role in increasing the learning outcomes of students. Abstrak. Studi ini mengkaji peran musyrif dalam mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran melalui program muwajjahah di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Mu`awanah Cidawalong. Program muwajjahah sendiri adalah pembelajaran tambahan pada malam hari di mana santri mendapatkan bimbingan langsung dari musyrif. Study ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengkaji peran musyrif pada peningkatan hasil belajar santri, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan program muwajjahah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif, yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran musyrif berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar santri melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti absensi harian malam, laporan perkembangan belajar, bimbingan konseling, dan ibadah kolektif. Namun, keberhasilan program juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal seperti motivasi santri, kehadiran guru, dan mata pelajaran favorit. Dengan demikian, program muwajjahah dan peran musyrif secara sinergis berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar santri.
