Abstract

Dana Desa merupakan program Pemerintah Pusat untuk melakukan pembangunan dimulai dari desa dengan dana yang bersumber dari anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara diperuntukan bagi Desa yang ditransfer melalui Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Kabupaten/Kota dan digunakan untuk membiayai penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan, pembinaan kemasyarakatan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam pengelolaan anggaran dana desa butuh Strategi yang baik untuk terjalanya sebuat proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengelolaan anggaran dana desa di Desa Kupang Kecamatan Curahdami Kabupaten Bondowoso tahun 2019-2020 Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data naturalistik berupa penjelasan yang bersifat alamiah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisisnya menggunakan metode analisis model interaktif. Sedangkan penyajian datanya dengan menarik sebuah kesimpulan. Dan untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dengan sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemerintahan desa dalam pengelolaan anggaran dana desa sudah baik dan efektif. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya telah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah dan prosedur yang ada pada peraturan daerah. Untuk hasil peningkatan pengelolaan anggaran dana desa diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan. Dalam pengelolaan anggaran dana desa terdapat faktor pendukung yaitu terdapat potensi pariwisata seperti bukit perangkat desa yang produktif, kondisi birokrasi yang sinergi, adanya potensi alam berupa gunung batu untuk bahan material fisik pembangunan, adanya sumber perairan dan aliran sungai yang memadai sedangkan faktor penghambatnya Kesadaran Masyarakat dan Lembaga Desa untuk berperan aktif dalam pembangunan masih kurang serta Sarana dan Prasarana desa masih belum terpenuhi seluruhnya.

Abstract

Himbauan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan 10 Mei 2021, Pandemi covid-19 belum berakhir, masyarakat dihimbau tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan ,kasus baru terkonfirmasi covid-19 terus ada meski hanya tidak mencapai belasan di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Saat ini terdapat penambahan 3 kasus terkonfirmasi positif yang merupakan dari pemeriksaan di tempat perbelanjaan, yaitu dari pemeriksaan 259 orang meliputi pemilik toko, karyawan dan pengunjung yang tidak menggunakan masker. Bagi yang sudah vaksin masih perlu mematuhi protokol kesehatan untuk mengurangi resiko terifeksi covid-19. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan covid-19 (3M) di Kelurahan Nangkaan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Metoda pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui observasi tentang disiplin 3M dan vaksinasi covid-19 kepada 88 orang warga RT 001/RW 01 Kelurahan Nangkaan Kabupaten Bondowoso sekaligus pemberian intervensi pemberian masker dan informasi tentang vaksinasi covid-19.Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan capaian vaksinasi covid-19 mencapai 17% ,disiplin menggunakan masker 100% (sangat disiplin), disiplin cuci tangan 100% (sangat disiplin), disiplin menjaga jarak 100% (sangat disiplin). Pelaksanaan disilpiin 3M yang sangat baik tersebut sehingga menyebabkan kekurangan masker, sabun cuci tangan dan makanan karena satgas covid-19 pk 18.00 WIB menutup semua penjual makanan . Intervensi pemberian informasi tentang vaksinasi covid-19 dan pemberian masker sangat membantu masyarakat mencegah penularan covid-19.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to foster harmony and strengthen friendship among the residents of Nogosari Village through religious activities. Based on observations and interviews with several local residents, the main issue identified is a lack of awareness about the importance of harmony, as well as the weakening of long-standing relationships due to various factors. To address this, the Participatory Action Research (PAR) model was applied, involving community members directly in identifying problems and implementing solutions. Through this approach, religious activities were organized as a medium to reconnect and unite the community. The results indicate a positive impact, as these religious gatherings have successfully encouraged interaction, mutual respect, and togetherness among residents. Furthermore, the effectiveness of these efforts is significantly enhanced when the activities are conducted regularly. By fostering spiritual and social bonds, religious events serve as a vital tool in restoring and maintaining harmony and friendship within the village, thus contributing to a more cohesive and peaceful community life in Nogosari.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for developing the capacity of state officials in effective and efficient state administration. Along with the dynamics of globalization and digitalization, state officials are required to increase their competence and professionalism to face the challenges of modern bureaucracy. This study uses the method Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to review various previous research that is relevant to developing the capacity of state apparatus, the effectiveness of public administration, and innovation in government governance. The research results show that developing the capacity of state apparatus requires a comprehensive approach, including increasing technical competence, strengthening bureaucratic ethical values, and utilizing information technology in public administration. Apart from that, bureaucratic reform that is oriented towards public services is a key factor in creating a state administration system that is responsive, transparent and accountable.The discussion in this study highlights the importance of synergy between regulations, education and training, as well as data-based policy implementation in increasing the effectiveness of state administration. In conclusion, capacity development of state apparatus must be carried out in a sustainable manner with the support of policies that are adaptive to changing times. Recommendations from this study include improving technology-based training programs, reforming the performance evaluation system, and improving a work culture oriented towards community service.

Abstract

In this digital era, political campaigns have experienced significant changes with the emergence of various social media platforms and digital technology. This phenomenon is no exception in the context of the 2019 presidential and vice-presidential general elections in Indonesia. Digital political campaigns have become an integral part of candidates' strategies in winning the hearts of voters and increasing their electability. In this analysis, we evaluate the effectiveness of digital political campaigns in increasing the electability of prospective candidates in the 2019 presidential and vice-presidential general elections. We identify the strategies and tactics used by candidates and their campaign teams in utilizing digital technology to achieve their political goals, as well as the impact digital political campaigns on public perception and the final results of the general election. Using qualitative analysis methods, we collect data from various social media platforms and apply content analysis to understand the influence of digital political campaigns. The research results show that digital political campaigns have a significant impact in increasing the electability of prospective candidates, by increasing visibility, recognition and interaction with voters through social media. In addition, we also discuss other factors that influence election outcomes, such as the participation of young voters, the potential for polarization, and the influence of dynastic politics. Thus, this analysis provides in-depth insight into the role of digital technology in contemporary politics and its implications for democracy and the general election process in Indonesia.

Abstract

Literacy is an important skill and relates to the ability to listen, speak, write, and count. This study aims to analyze the influence of family support and duration of reading on adolescent reading literacy. This study uses a quantitative survey approach research design. The number of samples in this study were 127 students through cluster random sampling method. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely data coding, SPSS analysis, namely inference test, normality test, correlation test, and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the dominant (36.2%) subjects were 14 years old. As many as (30.7%) are 15 years old. The results showed that half (50%) of the research subjects read books for entertainment several times a year. The results showed that the majority (68%) of the study subjects had moderate reading duration and the family support given to the sample was very high (93%). The results of the study also show that family support and duration of reading affect adolescent reading literacy. The result of this study have implications for parent mindset to support literacy from an early age and adolescent to read more frequently.
