Abstract

Puskesos atau pusat kesejahteraan sosial  merupakan tempat atau wadah yang berfungsi untuk melakukan kegiatan pelayanan sosial bersama secara sinergis dan terpadu dalam penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial. Pelaksanaan program bantuan yang sudah berjalan di desa halimpu kecamatan beber sudah berjalan baik, meskipun sudah berjalan dengan baik lembaga di desa halimpu ini belum bisa mempermudah dalam mencari keputusan untuk penerima bantuan dari pemerintah. Untuk memudahkan anggota puskesos dalam mencari calon rekomendasi penerima bantuan pemerintah, Maka dibuatlah sistem informasi pendukung keputusan terkait rekomendasi calon penerima bantuan. Penggunaan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan keputusan yang akurat berdasarkan perhitungan nilai dari kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian dari badan pusat statistik, Dari perhitungan metode SAW menghasilkan nilai yang tertinggi hingga ke yang terendah dalam pemilihan calon penerima bantuan.

Abstract

Background: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is damage to the kidneys both in structure and/or function that lasts for 3 months or more. The purpose of this writing is to carry out Nursing Care for Clients Experiencing Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) with Hypervolemia Nursing Problems. Method: This study used a case study research design with one of the clients who experienced Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) with Hypervolemia nursing problems in the Bougenville Room General hospital Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso, starting from May 15, 2023 – May 17 2023, data collection was in the form of interviews, observations, physical examinations, documentation studies and questionnaires. Results: The results of this study were obtained from the study, namely hypervolemia in accordance with the theory, diagnosis according to the theoretical review. In nursing interventions according to the circumstances experienced by the client, while the implementation refers to predetermined interventions and evaluation refers to the outcome criteria that have been set in accordance with the theory. Clients are expected to be able to keep physically fit by exercising, keeping blood sugar levels normal, keeping blood pressure normal. Conclusion: Patients with chronic kidney disease often experience hypervolemia which is accompanied by an increase in laboratory results in the form of creatinine and ureum levels. then management is needed in improving patient hydration in the form of input and output as well as improving renal physiological anatomy through haemodialysis intervention in patients.

Abstract

Introduction: In nursing, leadership is the use of the skills of a leader (nurse) in influencing other nurses who are under his supervision for the division of tasks and responsibilities in providing nursing care services so that nursing goals are achieved (Latif, 2008). Leadership behavior will be reflected in the leadership style that appears when leading his subordinates. In influencing the performance of subordinates, an effective leadership style is needed. The purpose of this study is to review some of the literature that contains the leadership style of the head of the room that can improve and optimize the motivation and performance of nurses in hospitals as an effort to improve the quality of nursing services. Method: Literature search strategy through Google schoolar using several keywords, namely "headroom leadership style", "nurse performance", "nurse work motivation". Literature search is limited from December 2010 to December 2014. Literature search from 1 database found 10 articles and then selected and reviewed, only 3 articles were found that matched the inclusion criteria set by the author. The inclusion criteria in this review is the leadership style of the head of the room that affects the motivation & performance of nurses in hospitals. Result: The results of the research from the 3 articles there is a positive influence between the leadership style of the head of the room with the motivation and performance of nurses that can improve the quality of nursing services and improve overall organizational performance. Conclusion: The leadership style of the ward head can increase the motivation & performance of nurses in providing nursing care.

Abstract

Background:Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by the body's inability to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins which causes hyperglycemia (high blood glucose levels). Patients with Diabetes Mellitus will experience changes in appetite and experience weight loss. Method: This study uses a case study research design with clients experiencing diabetes mellitus with nutritional deficit problems in the Bougenvil room of the Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso General Hospital, starting from May 15, 2023 to May 17, 2023, data collection in the form of interviews, observations, physical examinations, documentation studies and questionnaires. Results: The results of this study were obtained from research, namely nutritional deficits in accordance with theory, diagnoses in accordance with the theoretical review. In nursing interventions in accordance with the circumstances experienced by the client, while implementation refers to predetermined interventions and evaluation refers to predetermined outcome criteria in accordance with theory and the final evaluation of calories met is rice (735 kcal) and 1 glass of milk (260 kcal). Conclusion: Nutritional deficits are insufficient nutritional intake to meet metabolic needs. The purpose of writing is to provide nursing care to clients who experience diabetes mellitus with nutritional deficit problems.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a progressive chronic metabolic disease. The dangers of Diabetes Mellitus are very great and can allow kidney failure, blindness, and many other complications that can cause death. If not handled properly, it will cause problems, one of which is the risk of infection. Methods: The design used is a case study with clients who experience Diabetes Mellitus with infection risk nursing problems at Dr. H. Koesnadi General Hospital Bondowoso in 2023. Data collection was carried out on 15-18 May 2023 used is interview, observation and physical examination, documentation studies and questionnaires. Results: From the results of the researcher's assessment, not all data obtained from clients can be found according to theory, because it is adjusted from the condition and condition of the client, the diagnosis is in accordance with the theory and results, nursing interventions in principle according to theory, implementation in principle according to theory, evaluation of problems can be resolved in accordance with specific objectives and outcome criteria. Conclusion: It is hoped that clients will always maintain their diet to reduce the risk of hyperglycemia and maintain wound care to avoid the risk of infection.

Abstract

Himbauan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan 10 Mei 2021, Pandemi covid-19 belum berakhir, masyarakat dihimbau tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan ,kasus baru terkonfirmasi covid-19 terus ada meski hanya tidak mencapai belasan di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Saat ini terdapat penambahan 3 kasus terkonfirmasi positif yang merupakan dari pemeriksaan di tempat perbelanjaan, yaitu dari pemeriksaan 259 orang meliputi pemilik toko, karyawan dan pengunjung yang tidak menggunakan masker. Bagi yang sudah vaksin masih perlu mematuhi protokol kesehatan untuk mengurangi resiko terifeksi covid-19. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan covid-19 (3M) di Kelurahan Nangkaan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Metoda pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui observasi tentang disiplin 3M dan vaksinasi covid-19 kepada 88 orang warga RT 001/RW 01 Kelurahan Nangkaan Kabupaten Bondowoso sekaligus pemberian intervensi pemberian masker dan informasi tentang vaksinasi covid-19.Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan capaian vaksinasi covid-19 mencapai 17% ,disiplin menggunakan masker 100% (sangat disiplin), disiplin cuci tangan 100% (sangat disiplin), disiplin menjaga jarak 100% (sangat disiplin). Pelaksanaan disilpiin 3M yang sangat baik tersebut sehingga menyebabkan kekurangan masker, sabun cuci tangan dan makanan karena satgas covid-19 pk 18.00 WIB menutup semua penjual makanan . Intervensi pemberian informasi tentang vaksinasi covid-19 dan pemberian masker sangat membantu masyarakat mencegah penularan covid-19.
