Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the management strategies employed to enhance the quality of financing for facilities and infrastructure as part of efforts to improve the implementation of education at MTS Nurul Amin. This study adopts a qualitative approach, as the research is conducted directly in the field, with data being collected through various methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The primary findings of the research indicate that the policies related to the development of facilities and infrastructure are continuously evolving and showing significant progress, largely due to the effective performance of both the school principal and the teachers. Their collaborative efforts have played a key role in driving improvements, thereby establishing a solid strategy for enhancing the overall educational services at MTS Nurul Amin. These improvements not only reflect better resource management but also contribute to more effective teaching and learning processes, ensuring that the institution remains competitive and capable of delivering quality education.

Abstract

This study aims to theoretically describe the design of training programs. Using the library research method, this study is expected to provide a detailed explanation of its objectives. The findings indicate that the implementation of training programs involves several key stages, starting from identifying training needs that focus on skill gaps and organizational goals to designing and evaluating training programs. Training programs should be designed to meet the specific needs of participants and training objectives while considering available resources. Therefore, training design includes selecting relevant materials and setting clear goals. Effective training should demonstrate the relationship between educational theory and training practices, analyze training needs, and ensure follow-up actions that enhance the management of education and training programs. Thus, a training program design based on the identification of needs and organizational objectives can improve training effectiveness, ensure goal achievement, and support the optimal development of participants' competencies.

Abstract

Qualitative research plays a crucial role in the advancement of knowledge, particularly in understanding research methodologies and the theories applied within qualitative studies. The emergence of qualitative research methodology is a response to traditions that emphasize cultural studies and interpretation. In qualitative research, theory must be capable of uncovering social realities and exploring the meaning behind various social phenomena. Theory construction in qualitative research not only aims to provide an in-depth understanding of social phenomena but also seeks to build new perspectives that enrich social science studies. This approach requires a strong grasp of academic disciplines and social realities analyzed through methodological rigor. Thus, theory in qualitative research has remained dominant from the past to the present, contributing significantly to the development of research methodologies and a more comprehensive understanding of social life.
