Abstract

Abstrak : Karakter merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat berkaitan pada tujuan pendidikan. Pendidikan mempunyai tantangan tersendiri pada karakter di era 4.0 seiring berkembangnya zaman terkadang membuat seseorang melupakan jati dirinya sebagia manusia dan melupakan akan nilai-nilai karakternya. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pendidikan dalam pengembangan karakter di era 4.0. dan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran pendidikan sangatlah penting dalam pengembangan karakter di era 4.0, hal ini sangat penting sekali karena manusia diharapkan untuk mempunyai pengembangan karakter yang bijak dalam menggunakan teknologi dengan baik. Di era 4.0 ini semua proses kehidupan hampir berkaitan dengan internet jadi dapat di simpulkan Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam membangun karakter yang beradab. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan, Karakter, Era 4.0. Abstract : Character is one of the things that is closely related to the goals of education. Education has its own challenges for character in the 4.0 era. As times progress, it sometimes makes a person forget their identity as a human being and forget their character values. The aim of this research is to determine the role of education in character development in the 4.0 era. and the results of this research are that the role of education is very important in character development in the 4.0 era, this is very important because humans are expected to have wise character development in using technology well. In this 4.0 era, all life processes are almost connected to the internet, so it can be concluded that education is very important in building a civilized character. Keywords: Education, Character, Era 4.0.

Abstract

This research aims to increase students' literary appreciation in poetry learning through the use of learning media. The method used is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in several cycles, including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were students of class IX F SMPN 02 Pontianak. Data collection techniques include observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the research show that the use of learning media can increase student activity, understanding of the content of poetry, and the ability to express interpretations. Apart from that, student learning outcomes also increase in each cycle. Thus, the use of learning media is effective in increasing students' literary appreciation in poetry learning.
