Abstract

Abstract

Menurut data dari World Health Organization (WHO) di Amerika Serikat, 90% klaim kesehatan akibat kelainan kulit yang diakibatkan oleh dermatitis ditandai dengan gejala eritema (kemerahan), edema (bengkak) ringan, dan pecah-pecah setelah terjadi pajanan bahan kontaktan dari luar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak iritan pada pekerja bengkel sepeda motor dikecamatan kuok. Desain penelitian Cross Sectional, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 01-05 Desember 2022 di bengkel kecamatan kuok yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan Total Sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan di uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak ada hubungan lama bekerja dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak iritan diperoleh p value = 0,324, menunjukan tidak ada hubungan masa kerja dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak iritan di peroleh p value = 0,511, menunjukan adanya hubungan personal hygiene dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak iritan diperoleh p value = 0,013. Bagi peneliti diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber referensi bagi mahasiswa yang ingin meneliti gangguan penyakit kulit (dermatitis kontak iritan) dan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan terutama bagi pengusaha bengkel sepeda motor yang ada di kecamatan kuok dan dapat mencegah terjadinya gangguan penyakit kulit (dermatitis kontak iritan) dan tercapai lingkungan kerja yang sehat bagi para pekerjanya.
