Abstract

Background: This research aims to evaluate staff acceptance of the use of E-Puskesmas at the UPT Puskesmas Gondanglegi. Subjects and Methods: This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. Based on perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. The type of research used is descriptive. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The subject population of this research was 10 officers who used the E-Puskesmas information system. The sample used is the entire population used as a sample. Analysis of the questionnaire results was carried out using descriptive statistical methods. Results: The percentage results of the questionnaire based on perceived usefulness were 93.4% in the excellent category and Perceived Ease of Use was 62.83% in the sufficient category. Conclusion: There are several obstacles caused by users who are still confused about operating E-Puskesmas, inadequate facilities and infrastructure related to an insufficient number of computers, the workload of officers has increased because recording of patient medical records is done manually and electronically and socialization of the use of E-Puskesmas has already been carried out, but in its operation still not optimal. Abstract

Kepuasan pengguna rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan merupakan tingkatan puas pengguna rekam medis elektronik di pelayanan rawat jalan. Salah satu pengukuran tingkat kepuasan dilakukan evaluasi dengan metode End User Computing Satisfication (EUCS). RSU Pindad Turen telah menerapkan rekam medis elektronik sejak Desember 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan di RSU Pindad Turen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan yang menggunakan rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan instrumen pengambil data lembar observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan dari aspek isi (content) 50% cukup puas, aspek keakuratan (accuracy) 78,1% cukup puas, aspek tampilan (format) 68,8% cukup puas, aspek kemudahan penggunaan (easy of use) 71,9% cukup puas dan aspek ketepatan waktu (timeliness) 56,25% cukup puas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar pengguna rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan di RSU Pindad Turen (65,6%) cukup puas. Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit dan unit rekam medis melakukan pengembangan rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan untuk mencapai pelayanan yang efisien dan komputerisasi.
