Abstract

Dr. Kariadi Public Hospital has 44 inpatient Wards. Kutilang Ward has quite high number of BedOccupancy Rate (BOR) during 2017-2019. The purpose of this study was to determine bed requirementsin Kutilang Ward dr.Kariadi Public Hospital Semarang for 3 years (2020-2022) by using analysis of trendsregression linear (least square) method. This research was a descriptive study, with methods ofobservation and interviews. The object of research was inpatients recapitulation data on Kutilang dasarward and Kutilang 1 ward. The research subjects were Analising and Reporting officers in Dr KariadiPublic Hospital. The result showed that the needs of bed in Kutilang dasar ward in the year 2017 - 2019was 1 unit, Kutilang 1 ward need 31-63 units. The solution is the hospital management should consider toadd more the patient’s bed needs.

Abstract

The observation results of the medical record filing unit in Kademangan Public Health Service Bondowosofound that, in a week, 51 of 366 outpatient medical records were on the wrong location or lost (misfile) Theimpact of misfiling is the delay of service patients in search of medical records, duplication of numbersrecord the medical, and the contents of medical records document become not sustainable. This studyaimed to analyze the factors that cause medical records misfile in Kademangan Public Health ServiceBondowoso. This study used qualitative methods and data obtained through an interview, observation, andUSG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) method. The results of the research showed that the priority problemof misfile’s causes was the less of leadership motivation such as reward and punishment. The alternativesolutions were giving punishment or reward to medical record officers, especially to the filling officer tocreate their discipline in doing their work. The discipline of the filing officers in conducting work makes themanagement of filing medical records run optimally

Abstract

The waiting time for JKN patients at Dr Sardjito Hospital is more than 60 minutes. This is not in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Health. The length of patient waiting time can lead to patient dissatisfaction. Hospital patient satisfaction with the services provided is determined by the difference between expectations and perceived services (reality). The purpose of this study was to identify the level of satisfaction of JKN patients with waiting times for outpatient registration at RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. This study is a quantitative study with 97 outpatient JKN patients as respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire with the help of interviews. The method used is service quality (servqual). 5 dimensions of service quality include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results showed that the frequency distribution of the satisfaction level of JKN patients at the "unsatisfied" point was 76 respondents (78.35%), the frequency distribution of satisfaction with waiting time for outpatient registration of JKN patients in the "unsatisfied" category was the highest in the tangible dimension. that is as many as 66 respondents (68.04%).Keyword: Satisfaction Level, Waiting Time For Registration, JKN Patient

Abstract

Background: This research aims to evaluate staff acceptance of the use of E-Puskesmas at the UPT Puskesmas Gondanglegi. Subjects and Methods: This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. Based on perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. The type of research used is descriptive. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The subject population of this research was 10 officers who used the E-Puskesmas information system. The sample used is the entire population used as a sample. Analysis of the questionnaire results was carried out using descriptive statistical methods. Results: The percentage results of the questionnaire based on perceived usefulness were 93.4% in the excellent category and Perceived Ease of Use was 62.83% in the sufficient category. Conclusion: There are several obstacles caused by users who are still confused about operating E-Puskesmas, inadequate facilities and infrastructure related to an insufficient number of computers, the workload of officers has increased because recording of patient medical records is done manually and electronically and socialization of the use of E-Puskesmas has already been carried out, but in its operation still not optimal. Abstract

Background: The development of technology shows a very rapid development, especially in the health sector. One example of the use of technology in the health sector is the electronic health record. Electronic health records provide several benefits, one of which can reduce mortality and readmission rates in patients. The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of electronic health records on mortality and readmission rates by metaanalysis.Subjects and Method: This was a metaanalysis study using PRISMA flowchart guidelines. The article search process was carried out between 20112022 using databases from PubMed, Google Scholar, ProQuest, Science Direct and Scopus. The PICO formula used is P = patients with asthma. I= using internetbased selfmanagement. C= without using internetbased selfmanagement. O= asthma control. Article searches were performed using the keywords “mhealth” OR “mobile health” OR “telemedicine” AND “self management” AND “asthma control” OR “asthma treatment” AND “asthma control”. The inclusion criteria were full paper articles with randomized controlled trial study design, articles using English, the intervention provided was the application of internetbased selfmanagement, and the outcome was asthma control. Based on the database, there were 9 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The analysis was carried out using Revman 5.3 software.Results: A total of 13 articles spread across 2 continents, namely Asia (Taiwan, Singapore, and South Korea) and North America (South America). Articles reviewed in the metaanalysis showed that electronic health records had an effect on reducing mortality by 0.74 times compared to those without using electronic health records (aOR= 0.74; 95% CI= 0.64 to 0.86; p<0.001). In addition, it was also found that electronic health records had an effect on reducing readmission by 0.77 times compared to without using electronic health records (aOR= 0.77; CI 95%= 0.62 to 0.95; p= 0.010)Conclusion: The application of electronic health records has an effect on reducing mortality and readmission rates.Keywords: Electronic health record, mortalitas, readmissionCorrespondence: Desi Syahbaniar. Abstract

Background: Breast cancer is a type of non-communicable disease characterized by the appear­ance of abnormal cells in the breast. Breast self-examination (BSE) is one method of early detection of breast cancer. Health belief model is a health behavior that can predict women's interest in doing BSE. This study aimed to estimate the effect of the health belief model on the practice of BSE with a meta-analysis.Subjects and Method: This research is a meta-analysis study using PRISMA flowchart guide­lines. The article search process was carried out between 2015-2022 using databases from PubMed, Google Scholar and Scopus. Based on the database, there were 9 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The analysis was carried out using Revman 5.3 software.Results: As many as 9 articles spread across 2 continents, namely Asia and North America. 8 main studies from Asia, 3 from Turkey, 2 from Iraq, 1 from Yemen, 1 from Iran, and 1 from Indo­nesia. One major study from North America, namely Mexico, reviewed in the meta-analysis showed that perceived benefits were strong (aOR= 1.03; 95%CI= 0.96 to 1.11; p= 0.440; I2=79%).Conclusion: The perceived benefits were not statistically significant in predicting the practice of BSE in women.Keywords: health belief model, perceived benefit, BSECorrespondence:Desi Syahbaniar. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meninjau desain formulir persetujuan umum (general consent) rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Delima. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu perawat, dokter dan perekam medis di RSU Mitra Delima. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jika ditinjau dari aspek Anatomi, Fisik dan Isi pada desain formulir persetujuan umum di Rumah Sakit Umum mitra Delmia bahwa secara keseluruhan sudah sesuai tetapi ada beberapa bagian yang tidak terdapat dalam aspek anatomi yaitu Ruler selain itu ada pada bagian Isi tidak terdapat Singkatan-singkatan hal ini dikarenakan kalau menggunakan singkatan dapat menyulitakan petugas yang tidak mengerti apa arti dari singkatan tersebut.

Abstract

The flow of hospital services in the form of SIMRS at Mitra Delima General Hospital is quite running well and can serve patients every day with a large number of patients. Automatically without an officer operating SIMRS the patient's address often changes with the address of another patient. This study aims to determine the implementation of SIMRS (Khanza) at Mitra Delima General Hospital in readiness for the implementation of Permenkes 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a descriptive qualitative approach. This research is about the readiness of SIMRS related to the implementation of Permenkes 24 of 2022 using the Human, Organization, Technology, and Net Benefit (Hot-Fit) Method. The results of this study found that the information system at RSU Mitra Delima uses SIM-RS Khanza and the readiness of the implementation of the hospital management system at RSU Mitra Delima by the Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 has not been fully met. The conformity that has been fulfilled is only article 13 regarding the Activities of Implementing Electronic Medical Records which is still up to stage number (1), namely Patient Registration. The suggestion from this research is that a Special Team should be organized to manage, maintain and care for the Khanza application so that when there are obstacles it is immediately repaired and officers do not become double work.

Abstract

Ketersediaan rak penyimpanan di rumah sakit khusus bedah Hasta Husada masih sangat terbatas. Hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya berkas rekam medis yang berceceran di lantai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adaalh untuk menganalsiis kebutuhan rak penyimpanan berkas ekam medis ruang filling di Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah hasta Husada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. populasi yang dibutuhkan yaitu dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap dan rawat jalan. Sistematika sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pihak rumah sakit perlu menambah 1 rak penyimpanan untuk 2 tahun kedepan dengan memperhatikan jarak antar rak, tinggi rak, luas ruangan serta ukuran berkas yang dimasukkan ke dalam rak. Abstract

Kodisi ruang filing di Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Hasta Husada yaitu ada berkas rekam medis pasien yang diletakkan di dalam kardus atau disimpan di luar rak, sehingga berdampak terhadap petugas dalam melakukan pengambilan dan penyimpanan kembali berkas rekam medis menjadi lebih lama. Selain itu, rak penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di ruang filing tidak pernah dibersihkan, sehingga menyebabkan penumpukan debu yang berpotensi kertas menjadi rapuh dan memicu kerusakan permanen pada dokumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketidakergonomian ruang filing di Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Hasta Husada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Responden yang digunakan merupakan petugas filing di Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Hasta Husada yaitu sebanyak 3 orang. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian meunjukkan bahwa Metode Seiri (Pemilahan) bahwa petugas rekam medis telah rutin melakukan pemilahan berkas rekam medis setiap 5 tahun sekali. Metode Seiton (Penataan/Rapi) bahwa rak penyimpanan menggunakan sistem sentralisasi dengan metode SNF, namun rak penyimpanan masih belum tercukupi, tidak diberi label sesuai nomor RM, jarak antar rak belum ideal. Metode Seiso (Pembersihan) bahwa ruang filing aspek kebersihan rak belum diterapkan secara optimal. Metode Seiketsu (Standarisasi) bahwa petugas filing bekerja sesuai SOP dan keamanan ruang filing sesuai seperti telah dipasang “Selain Petugas Dilarang Masuk”. Metode Shitsuke (Pembiasaan) bahwa petugas filing bekerja sesuai SOP dan pada aspek kebersihan rak belum dengan optimal.
