Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan kolaboratif kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim pengajar di SDN 100950 Aek Tolong. Kepemimpinan kolaboratif merupakan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang mempromosikan kerjasama, komunikasi, dan pemberdayaan anggota tim. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan melibatkan kepala sekolah dan anggota tim pengajar sebagai partisipan utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan temuan yang muncul sehubungan dengan kepemimpinan kolaboratif kepala sekolah dan kinerja tim pengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kolaboratif kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tim pengajar di SDN 100950 Aek Tolong. Kolaborasi yang baik antara kepala sekolah dan anggota tim pengajar, komunikasi yang efektif, pemberdayaan anggota tim, serta partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan terbukti memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan motivasi anggota tim.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in student character, one of the causes of which is the education system which is considered to prioritize knowledge and ignores character values ​​which must be instilled from an early age by students in line with the development of increasingly modern times, namely 4.0. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which aims to determine efforts to instill the character of love for the homeland in students as well as the role of teachers and school principals in instilling the value of the character of love for the homeland in students. The research subjects were students, teachers and school principals. The research methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there is implementation of the character values ​​of love for the country in students at SD Negeri 100960 Aek Bayur according to the indicators of love for the country and being proud of being Indonesian, respecting differences, prioritizing the public interest and appreciating the services of heroes. The results of the research also show that in instilling the character value of love for one's country in students at SD Negeri 100960 Aek Bayur there are obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

The progress and development of technology is increasingly rapid, making all compete to adapt to technology, one of which is the world of education and curriculum. For curriculum simplification, only the main material in learning activities needs to be conveyed, while for training can be independently or through application media. This research aims to create interactive multimedia-based learning media on building space material for grade VI elementary school students. This media can make it easier for students to understand the material to be conveyed and be able to adapt to technology, namely multimedia, this study uses research and development methods that are aligned with the curriculum used at school. Features in the multimedia include objectives and materials, as well as learning videos, and also evaluation. The product can be accessed using a smartphone.
