Abstract

High unemployment is an economic problem and a social problem. Unemployment is an economic problem because when the unemployment rate increases as a result a State discards goods and services that can actually be produced by unemployment. The purpose of this study is to find out how unemployment in the Islamic and conventional economic perspective. This research method is This research is a type of library research; i.e. the data and study materials that are included in the use come from literary sources, both in the form of books. The result of this study is Unemployment and poverty arise when a person or group of people is unable to meet the level of economic prosperity that is considered the minimum requirement of a certain standard of living, Islam responds to unemployment and provides solutions by increasing and bringing in halal investments to be developed in the real sector both in agriculture and forestry, marine, and mining as well as increasing trade volumes

Abstract

The standard of an institution's public services has a big impact on its policy and direction in providing services. This study aims to compute the moderating impact utilizing social piety factors, that is, interaction patterns that elucidate the relationship between public service quality and public contentment. In this study, SEM PLS analysis was performed using the Warppls 8.0 analytical tool. A total of 161 respondents who were employed by the Bukittinggi City Dukcapil Service were selected via an incidental sampling technique. Research results show that knowledge management (KM) is positively impacted by public service quality, with a β value of 0.79 and a R^2 value of 0.62, both less than 0.05. This demonstrates that 62% of the influence of public services on community happiness may be attributed to this. The association between public enjoyment and the caliber of public services is somewhat mediated by the social piety variable. With a moderating contribution of KS to the influence of KPS on KS, the moderation effect coefficient value of 0.49 and the P-value of 0.01 are both less than 0.5. The R^2 value of 0.68 indicates an influence.

Abstract

BMT cabang mempawah sidogiri sebagai lembaga atau koperasi keuangan syariah yang memberikan jasa keuangan, tentunya menghasilkan pendapatan dan beban sebagai bagian dari kegiatan operasionalnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat profitabilitas pendapatan biaya. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis SPSS windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hasil uji signifikansi individu (t-test) diperoleh skor signifikansi terhadap pendapatan sebesar 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 5%, artinya pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas simpan pinjam syariah. kooperatif . Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi individual (Uji-t), diperoleh nilai signifikansi biaya sebesar 0,002, nilai ini kurang dari 5% yang berarti biaya berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R-squared) diperoleh nilai R-squared sebesar 0,990 yang berarti bahwa 99% profitabilitas simpan pinjam syariah dipengaruhi oleh biaya dan pendapatan dan sisanya. The results of this study are the results of the individual significance test (t-test) obtained a significance score for income of 0.001 which is less than 0.05 or 5%, meaning that income affects the profitability of Islamic Savings and Loans. cooperative . Based on the results of the individual significance test (t-test), the cost significance value is 0.002, this value is less than 5%, which means that costs affect the profitability of Islamic Savings and Loans Cooperatives. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R-squared), an R-squared value of 0.990 is obtained, which means that 99% of the profitability of sharia savings and loans is influenced by costs and income and the rest.
