Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dirumuskan bagaimanakah strategi pemilihan alternatif umur bakalan penggemukan sapi potong dalam rangka memberikan nilai tambah terbaik bagi peternak di Kecamatan Kedungadem Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pemilihan alternatif umur bakalan pada penggemukan sapi potong dalam rangka memberikan nilai tambah terbaik bagi peternak di Kecamatan Kedungadem Bojonegoro. Hipotesis penelitian diduga umur bakalan pada penggemukan sapi potong dalam rangka memberikan nilai tambah yang terbaik bagi peternak di Kecamatan Kedungadem > 2 tahun sampai dengan 3 tahun. Batasan penelitian, pada umumnya umur bakalan sapi potong yang diperdagangkan adalah umur antara 6 bulan sampai dengan umur 3 tahun; kriteria umur bakalan sapi potong dikelompokkan 6 bulan sampai dengan 1 tahun, > 1 tahun sampai dengan 2 tahun, dan > 2 tahun sampai dengan 3 tahun. Penggemukan ternak ternak sapi potong minimal jumlah yang dipelihara adalah 6 ekor sapi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa menghitung keuntungan usaha nilai tambah penggemukan sapi potong, menghitung nilai tambah, dimana nilai tambah yang terbesar adalah nilai tambah terbaik. Sebagian besar yang mengusahakan umur bakalan antara 6 bulan sampai satu tahun. Walaupun telah memberikan pakan sesuai porsi, tetapi terkadang menambahkan pakan tambahan karena diperoleh secara gratis, ini menyebabkan perolehan nilai tambah lebih besar dari kelompok lain 2,14 > 1,74. Pemberian pakan berlebih terkadang juga dijumpai demikian dengan alasan hanya sekali-kali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan BUMDes dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa dan dengan adanya BUMDes apakah bisa mengurangi angka kemiskinan, dengan mengambul studi kasus di kecamatan kanor. Data diambil dengan melakukan penelitian jumlah BUMDes yang aktif dan lancar di Kecamatan Kanor. Dalam penelitan peneliti mengambil sebanyak 4 BUMDes. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data yaitu menggunakan penelitian lapangan sedangkan analisa data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT yang terdiri dari faktor internal disertai tabel matriks IFAS (internal factors analysis strategy) dan faktor eksternal disertai juga dengan tabel matriks EFAS (external factors analysis strategy). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peranan BUMDes sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli desa dan juga mengurangi angka kemiskinan. Dampak yang dihasilkan sejak adanya BUMDes sangat berpengaruh positif terhadap masyarakat karena perekonomian mereka menjadi lebih baik semenjak adanya BUMdes. Dari hasil analisis SWOT maka dapat diketahui bahwa apabila kekuatan dioptimalkan maka akan mengatasi berbagai kelemahan yang ada, dan peluang juga dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk dapat mengatasi berbagai ancaman. Untuk itu penulis menyarankan bahwa BUMDes agar bisa lebih meningkatkan pendapatannya pada tahun seerusnya dengan terus mengembangkan unit-unit usahanya dan diharapkan bisa meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat kedepannya.

Abstract

Mentoring activities in the Cost Competitive Advantage and Differentiation Competitive Advantage strategies in the lime industry in Plumpang District, Tuban Regency aim to improve the company's competitiveness in the local market. This mentoring is focused on two main strategies, namely first, Cost Competitive Advantage which includes optimizing the production process with efficient technology, better raw material management, and controlling operational costs to reduce production costs. Second, Differentiation Competitive Advantage which is focused on product innovation, improving lime quality, product variations, and developing customer service programs and social responsibility to strengthen brand image. The implementation of this strategy is expected to improve the company's competitiveness and support sustainable growth in the lime industry.

Abstract

Consumer behavior is all activities and psychology that motivate these activities before buying, purchasing products and services, using, consuming, after doing these things or evaluation activities. The factors that influence consumer behavior are mainly cultural factors, which include culture, subculture and social class. Two social factors are reference group, family, role, and status. Three personal factors consisting of age and stage, financial situation, work, lifestyle and personality. And finally, psychological factors include motivation, perception, knowledge, beliefs and attitudes. This research aims to analyze consumer behavior. Consumer behavior in this research is thought to be influenced by e-commerce and lifestyle. This research method was carried out using a descriptive quantitative analysis approach with primary data measured using a Likert scale. The research was conducted in the Bojonegoro University environment. This research was conducted on students of the economics faculty at Bojonegoro University. The sampling technique is based on a representative sample size, namely between 50-100 samples. Data analysis was carried out using several stages, namely testing data instruments, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of partial data analysis, e-commerce and lifestyle have a significant positive influence on consumer behavior. Meanwhile, e-commerce and lifestyle simultaneously influence consumer behavior. Then based on the R2 value of 0.888, it shows that e-commerce and lifestyle contribute to influencing consumer behavior by 88.8%.   Keywords: E-commerce, Lifestyle, Consumer Behavior

Abstract

Village apparatus performance improvement training is a strategic step in realizing a good governance system in Mojodelik Village, Gayam District. This program aims to improve the capacity of village apparatus in transparent, accountable, and effective governance. The main problems faced before mentoring include low understanding of the principles of Good Governance, weak village financial management, and less than optimal public services and community participation in village development. Mentoring is carried out through training, technical guidance, mentoring by experts, and periodic evaluations to ensure sustainable implementation. The results of the mentoring show significant improvements in aspects of administration, budget management, and more responsive and digital-based public services. In addition, village apparatus have become more professional in carrying out their duties, and the community has become more active in participating in village development planning. The implication of this program is the creation of a more transparent, efficient, and community-oriented village government system.

Abstract

Supply chain management assistance in limestone businesses aims to improve operational efficiency, managerial capacity, and market access. Limestone businesses often face challenges such as production inefficiency, high operational costs, and limited market access. Through the Supply Chain-Based Capacity Building approach, assistance is carried out through education and training related to raw material management, optimization of production processes, and more effective distribution strategies. The results of the assistance show increased production efficiency, reduced operational costs, and improvements in the business management system. In addition, business actors are better able to make data-based decisions and more structured supply chain strategies, so that business competitiveness increases. Other impacts are the expansion of market access and the implementation of more environmentally friendly business practices. Thus, this assistance contributes to the sustainability and development of a more competitive limestone business.
