Abstract

The manufacturing industry for cable manufacturers has a demand that continues to increase every year due to technological developments. Cables that have a function as a transmission medium that plays a role in the process of conveying information or fast data transfers make demand continue to increase. Purchasing is a basic activity of the company because without purchasing it is of course unable to meet demand so that the company's production or operational processes cannot run smoothly. The purpose of this research is to analyze the procedures for purchasing goods in the purchasing department at PT ZYZ and the obstacles encountered during purchasing activities so that later the author can provide solutions. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with triangulation (combined) data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The types of data sources are primary data obtained from direct research and secondary data obtained through articles, books, internet media or other literature. The research was conducted at PT XYZ, a cable company in Karawang regency. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that the purchasing procedure carried out by PT XYZ is quite good and structured, starting from receiving requests for goods until the goods are received by the warehouse department. PT XYZ itself consists of five purchasing categories, namely consumables, spare parts, services, packaging and raw materials. This purchasing activity is certainly inseparable from the problems or obstacles faced by the purchasing department during the purchasing process, for example, goods received are not as ordered, late arrival of goods, and damaged goods.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terpimpin terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Desain penelitian adalah group pretest-posttest non equivalen. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pretes dan postes pada setiap pertemuan, dihitung dengan rumus N- skor gain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terpimpin dengan skor gain 62, 23 lebih tinggi dibanding tanpa model inkuiri terpimpin 41, 03. Berati bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terpimpin lebih tinggi daripada kelas yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model diskusi kelompok. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak usia dini melalui penerapan metode bercerita pada anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK Ekadyasa 2. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kepercayaan diri anak dalam berbicara di depan umum, berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan kelompok, dan mengungkapkan pendapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing melibatkan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kepercayaan diri anak setelah penerapan metode bercerita. Pada siklus pertama, hanya 40% anak yang menunjukkan keberanian dalam bercerita, sedangkan pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 85%. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan bahwa metode bercerita dapat menjadi strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam membangun kepercayaan diri anak usia dini. Cerita yang menarik, penggunaan media yang variatif, serta suasana yang menyenangkan terbukti mampu mendorong anak untuk tampil percaya diri di depan kelas.

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia is partly due to the weak role of teachers in exploring students' potential. Teachers often impose their will without considering students' interests and talents, so that their potential does not develop optimally. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and financial management on the availability of infrastructure and its implications for the quality of education in public elementary schools in Pandeglang Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument to 105 teachers, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that leadership did not significantly influence the quality of education or infrastructure. In contrast, financial management had a positive and significant effect on the quality of education (t-statistic 2.299; p-value 0.011) and the availability of infrastructure (t-statistic 24.521; p-value 0.000). In addition, the availability of infrastructure was also proven to influence the quality of education (t-statistic 3.032; p-value 0.001). These findings confirm that the quality of education is more influenced by financial management and infrastructure than leadership.
