Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of human resource management on student learning achievement at SMPN 1 Cikampel. This type of research uses quantitative methos through a correlational approach. The population in this study was 100 tool respondents the measure used is an instrument for collecting quantitative data or statistics. The data analysis technique used is statistical data analysis descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on data analysis techniques, human resource management on student learning achievement is included in teh medium category.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the important aspects that support the success of an educational institution, especially in Indonesia. Therefore, the independent learning curriculum has become the goal of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to create a better learning process than the previous curriculum. The independent learning curriculum is the latest breakthrough where students are the main focus in developing their potential and character through P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila or the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile). In examining the title of this research, the researcher employed a qualitative research method based on findings observed through phenomena occurring in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum to enhance the learning process at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat. It can be concluded that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat includes procedures and strategies that can be used as a basis for linking the learning process with the development of students' potential and character. Additionally, the implementation by SMPN 1 Karawang Barat serves as a benchmark for preparing teachers to conduct an effective and efficient learning process, tailored to the understanding and characteristics of each student. However, there are obstacles in the procedures and strategies, such as possible mismatches between the planned learning and the teaching modules prepared.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the education management system at the Rumah Melati Special School (SLB), especially in improving the quality of teaching staff. Rumah Melati SLB is a formal educational institution that serves children with special needs from various backgrounds. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that planning, organizing, implementing and supervising educational governance are the main factors that influence improving the quality of teaching staff. Apart from that, regular training, competency development programs, and collaboration with external institutions such as the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Health also support the successful management of education in SLB. However, challenges such as the limited number of teaching staff in line with the needs of the special education sector are still obstacles that need to be overcome. This research contributes to enriching the literature on educational management for special education institutions and provides strategic recommendations for improving the quality of inclusive education in Indonesia

Abstract

The main focus of this research is the efforts and strategic steps used by Islamic boarding school leaders in improving the quality of educators. The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts and strategic steps used by Islamic boarding school leaders in improving the quality of educators. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data were obtained using observation, interview and documentation techniques. To analyze the data, the researcher followed the steps described by Miles & Hubberman, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Through this investigation, researchers found that in improving the quality of educators at the Al-Ikhlas Karawang Islamic boarding school, the leadership of the Islamic boarding school used 5 strategic efforts and steps. Namely fostering the quality of educators; supervision of the quality of educators; provision of facilities and infrastructure; instilling commitment; and granting allowances. These results indicate that the strategic efforts and steps used by Islamic boarding school leaders have proven to be good and effective in improving the quality of educators at the Al-Ikhlas Karawang Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan hal yang mendasar dalam manajemen organisasi termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Pemimpin dalam organisasi pendidikan abad ke-21 dihadapkan pada tuntutan dan tantangan yang unik. Perubahan global, perkembangan teknologi, dan kebutuhan siswa yang semakin beragam memerlukan gaya kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan inovatif. Melalui proses kepemimpinan yang baik, tujuan dan cita-cita organisasi dapat tercapai sesuai dengan adanya visi dan misi suatu organisasi itu. Abad ke-21 merupakan persaingan dari segala bidang kehidupan, seperti jasa pendidikan, ekonomi, transportasi, teknologi, politik, sosial, budaya, dan kehidupan lainnya. Hal ini menuntut suatu produk yang dihasilkan dari jasa bidang-bidang tersebut agar lebih bermutu agar menjadi pemenang dalam persaingan dunia. Bidang pendidikan sebagai bagian dari sistem tata kehidupan yang dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitasnya dalam upaya mencetak Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang mampu menghadapi tantangan di era global saat ini dan yang akan datang. Dengan begitu untuk mewujudkannya, penataan sistem pendidikan harus didasari aspek-aspek yang dapat meningkatkan mutu daya saing di tiap tingkatan pendidikan secara berkelanjutan khusus nya pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi tersebut.
