Abstract

Pengembangan produk merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dan harus dilakukan oleh suatu bisnis yang menjual suatu produk agar dapat diterima oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan produk pada UMKM Brownies Ayu Wulandari dan mengetahui dampak faktor internal dan eksternal yang mendorong pengembangan produk. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UMKM Brownies Ayu Wulandari. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil survei mengungkapkan bahwa strategi pengembangan produk yang dilakukan UMKM Brownies Ayu Wulandari adalah dengan mengembangkan motif desain produk dan juga menambah lini produk baru. Selain itu faktor eksternal juga berperan dalam mendorong pengembangan produk yang lebih efektif

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the critical role of financial statement audits in increasing transparency and trust in organizations. This research examines the audit process and its effectiveness and how audits can reduce information asymmetry, increase stakeholder trust, and ensure financial reporting integrity. Research Design and Methodology: This research utilizes an interdisciplinary literature review combining insights from finance, economics, psychology, and computer science. This approach helps in more thoroughly understanding the audit process and outcomes. The literature review identified key audit challenges, such as the complexity of financial transactions, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Findings and Discussion: The results show that an effective financial statement audit can significantly reduce information asymmetry between management and external stakeholders, increase investor confidence, and strengthen market credibility. Auditors' main challenges include the complexity of financial transactions and the evolution of regulations. However, by capitalizing on technological innovations and regulatory changes, auditors can improve audit quality. Implications: The findings of this study have implications for audit policy and practice. Improving audit relevance and quality requires interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous innovation in audit methods. This study recommends that future research focus on refining audit techniques to address emerging risks and encourage higher standards of transparency in financial reporting.

Abstract

Production palm oil-based biodiesel production itself has been widely developed in Indonesia to replace fuel because the palm oil commodity has the greatest potential for biodiesel for biodiesel production. The use of catalysts affects the production of biodiesel because it can accelerate the production of biodiesel which is needed. Materials that has the potential to be part of the catalyst is activated carbon from palm frond waste palm. Palm frond waste has great potential and is supported by its lignocellulosic component. lignocellulose component, so it can be utilized as activated carbon. Research This research has variations in the procedure, namely pyrolysis temperature variations of 450°C and 500°C, pyrolysis time of 15 minutes and 20 minutes as well as the base used in impregnation, namely NaOH and KOH. The catalyst that has been The synthesized catalyst was characterized using XRD and BET analysis. XRD testing XRD testing obtained the smallest particle size on the 500°C CaO/NaOH/Biochar catalyst with a pyrolysis time of 15 minutes amounting to 26.925732 nm and in the BET test, the smallest particle size was obtained. BET testing obtained the largest catalyst surface area on CaO/NaOH/Biochar catalyst 500°C with pyrolysis time of 15 minutes amounted to 8.1626 m2/g.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the important aspects that support the success of an educational institution, especially in Indonesia. Therefore, the independent learning curriculum has become the goal of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to create a better learning process than the previous curriculum. The independent learning curriculum is the latest breakthrough where students are the main focus in developing their potential and character through P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila or the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile). In examining the title of this research, the researcher employed a qualitative research method based on findings observed through phenomena occurring in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum to enhance the learning process at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat. It can be concluded that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat includes procedures and strategies that can be used as a basis for linking the learning process with the development of students' potential and character. Additionally, the implementation by SMPN 1 Karawang Barat serves as a benchmark for preparing teachers to conduct an effective and efficient learning process, tailored to the understanding and characteristics of each student. However, there are obstacles in the procedures and strategies, such as possible mismatches between the planned learning and the teaching modules prepared.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Posyandu cadres in reducing malnutrition (stunting) among toddlers in Belawan Sicanang Village, Medan Belawan District. Thus, the research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were generated and obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that Posyandu cadres are central actors in mobilizing the community to be aware and care about health, especially in the implementation of Posyandu. They are not only implementers of activities, but also motivators, educators, and role models in the community. The success of the Posyandu program depends heavily on the consistency, communication skills, and dedication of the cadres in establishing good relationships with residents. There are several factors supporting the role of cadres in community empowerment, including: social closeness of cadres with the community, collaboration with community health centers and community leaders, and the availability of communication media. There are several factors inhibiting the role of cadres in community empowerment, such as: low health literacy, limited access and geographical conditions, and limited roles due to social relationships.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in financial performance in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (case study of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk) seen from the Current Ratio (CR), Debt ratios. To Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The research instrument used in this research is a table listing the Current Ratio (CR) variable indicators, namely current assets and current debt, the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) variable indicators, namely total debt and total equity and the Net Profit Margin (NPM) variable indicator which contains net profit and sales at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk. The population used is all profit and loss financial report data in the form of sales or income, profit after tax and profit before tax from the company PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk with the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data was collected by means of documentation and literature study then analyzed using an independent sample t test. The research results show that there are differences in the financial performance of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk when viewed from the Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER).
