Abstract

This article aims to examine the dynamics of community participation in the land registration process in the digital era, as well as the challenges faced in optimizing citizen involvement. In the midst of developments in digital technology, land registration has great potential to become more transparent and efficient. However, although information technology can facilitate access to information and speed up the registration process, there are a number of challenges that need to be overcome. These challenges include the digital divide, low technological literacy among the community, and a lack of understanding of land rights. This research uses qualitative methods to find out people's experiences in participating in the land registration process and find ways to make people more active.  It is hoped that the results of this research can provide advice to the government and related parties so that people can participate more easily and everyone feels involved.

Abstract

This article discusses the legal position of apprentices based on the Manpower Law as well as the obstacles and challenges faced in the implementation of legal protection. In writing this article, the author applies normative research methods, using analysis techniques on library sources such as books, journals, and sources from internet media, based on law as a norm. Labor has an important role in the development of the country, to overcome this the government has implemented various policies, one of which is the apprenticeship program. However, it is unfortunate that many apprentices do not understand their rights, this ignorance is often exploited by irresponsible companies to employ them unfairly. One of the main obstacles in the implementation of legal protection for apprentices in Indonesia is the lack of legal awareness that plagues both companies and apprentices themselves. Unclear regulations regarding legal protection for apprentices in Indonesia are one of the significant challenges in ensuring their rights are protected. Therefore, to improve legal protection for apprentices in Indonesia, a series of integrated and sustainable improvement efforts are needed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi kebijakan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Semarang mengenai transparansi dan hambatan dalam pengelolaan proyek jalan tol di Kota Semarang. ujuan utamanya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas manajemen proyek dan untuk menilai tingkat transparansi dalam prosedur pelaksanaan, pengadaan, dan pemantauan proyek jalan raya. Studi kasus, survei lapangan, dan analisis kebijakan merupakan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan. Gambaran lengkap tentang bagaimana proyek transportasi dilaksanakan dapat diperoleh dengan mengevaluasi kepatuhan terhadap standar transparansi dan mengidentifikasi hambatan yang signifikan. Temuan studi ini menyoroti kesulitan utama dalam transparansi informasi, kerja sama pihak-pihak terkait, serta pengelolaan sumber daya dan anggaran. Artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan transparansi, koordinasi, dan alokasi sumber daya yang lebih efektif dalam pengelolaan proyek jalan di Kota Semarang. Partisipasi atau peran aktif dalam pelaksanaan suatu pembangunan, mulai dari pelaksanaan proses perencanaan.
