Abstract

In the midst of modern currents full of new things, it is undeniable that friction between things that have never happened has occurred. With this, Muslims need to be wary because they do not have halal law or not. One of the many foundations of legal establishment is Qiyas. Where Qiyas is used to determine a law if there is no definite proposition that establishes the law so that Qiyas here is one of the solutions used. The purpose of this writing is to explain about qiyas and its application in the modern era. The research method used is library research or literature study with descriptive analysis. The results found that 1) Qiyas is a legal method used by looking at the similarities between the postulates that have problems with problems that occur in the modern era. 2) There are three common types of qiyas including: Qiyas Awlawi, Musawi and Adwan. These three qiyas are actually the same, only the difference lies in the context of the problem. 3) Implementation that can be applied is to know the problem, look for legal propositions that explain the problem, if there are none then look for those that have the same type, then look for similarities and differences and then set the law. An example is about the viral wisky and soju laws, where the related propositions do not exist, but those who talk about the same kind are about khamar because it has in common that it is intoxicating so that the law is haram.

Abstract

This study discusses the concept of friendship with Non-Muslims in QS al Mumtahanah verses 7-8 using the literature method with a qualitative descriptive approach and comparative analysis of two thematic interpretations, namely Muhammad Quraish Shihab's Tafsir Al-Misbah and the Tafsir of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The result is that it has the same strengthening of interpretation, the difference lies in the way of delivery where the Ministry of Religion tells a lot about related themes with a focus on various meanings with a complete story and is associated with the Indonesian context. Meanwhile, Tafsir Al-Misbah does not describe the story in full but only takes the point. However, in terms of meaning, both interpretations are equally clear and detailed starting from vocabulary, asbabun nuzul, related hadith, associated with other verses, and the meaning of the verses contained therein. So from this, the analysis obtained from the two Tafsirs, it is found that Al-Mumtahanah verse 7 confirms that Allah commands Muslims to accept a form of peace from their enemies, whether in the same family, the same tribe or still different religions or groups, so that they become united through life, and this is guaranteed by Allah that the friendship will occur. This is proven at this time in 2023, many countries including Indonesia have established the concept of friendship between Muslims and other religions without any differences.

Abstract

This study aims to theoretically examine the implementation of deep learning in elementary schools as a strategy to strengthen the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The method used in this study is library research, analyzing various scientific sources such as books, educational journals, policy articles, and official documents from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Deep learning is understood as an approach that emphasizes in-depth conceptual understanding, critical and reflective thinking skills, and the ability to connect concepts to real-life contexts. The results of the study indicate that the principles of deep learning are highly relevant to the Independent Curriculum approach, particularly in differentiated learning, project-based learning, and formative assessment. This approach not only encourages students to actively construct knowledge but also supports the formation of a Pancasila learner profile. Furthermore, deep learning also has theoretical implications for developing the role of teachers as facilitators, contextualizing learning design, and creating a more meaningful and holistic assessment system. Therefore, it is not surprising that the government will implement deep learning in elementary schools starting in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study recommends conducting further field-based research to directly observe the implementation of deep learning in elementary schools, including the challenges and opportunities in supporting the Independent Curriculum. Therefore, this study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the field of elementary education in Indonesia as it prepares for a more adaptive and transformative education in the global era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Gubuk Inspirasi Community in developing the quality of education and skills of youth in Sumberbrantas Village, Batu City. The background of this study stems from the low access to non-formal education and limited opportunities for self-development for youth in rural areas. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that Gubuk Inspirasi plays a strategic role in improving literacy, learning motivation, and technical and social skills of youth through programs such as literacy classes, public speaking training, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. The existence of this community creates an alternative learning space that is inclusive, enjoyable, and builds the character of the younger generation. The implications of this study confirm that community-based communities can be significant agents of social change in supporting human resource development at the local level. This study also recommends further quantitative and comparative studies to strengthen the community-based youth empowerment model in other regions.
