Abstract

Civil Servants (PNS) are elements of the state apparatus whose duty is to provide services to the public in a professional, honest, fair and equitable manner in the implementation of state, government and development tasks. Meanwhile, Honorary Personnel has lively developed into a new paradigm in the agency environment in addition to other honorary personnel after Civil Servants even though basically the work done is almost the same as Civil Servants in general, the only difference is that Non-Civil Servants (honorary) employees rarely occupy important structural positions in the agency. Because they only help those who are assigned directly by the superiors and heads of sections of an agency. So that both civil servants and non-civil servants in the XXX City Education Office must have quality performance that is able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the duties assigned. The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, whether there are differences in performance between civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, and what factors affect the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office. The research method used is quantitative method and the data collection method in this study is by distributing questionnaires. the sample in this study were civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, namely 42 civil servants and 42 non-civil servants. The data analysis technique in this study uses Satistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with T-Test analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Performance measured The population used in this study were 45 teachers at SMK Bhakti Kencana. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used was the entire population, namely 45 Bhakti Kencana Vocational School teachers. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja di perusahaan manufaktur yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif statistik. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, beban kerja karyawan berada pada kategori rendah, kompensasi tergolong tinggi, kinerja karyawan dinilai baik, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan berada dalam kategori puas. Hasil analisis statistik lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta berdampak negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, kompensasi terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, beban kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta keduanya bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja mereka. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting mengenai bagaimana pengelolaan beban kerja dan kompensasi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan di sektor manufaktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 45 responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan kompensasi finansial dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial variabel kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, begitu juga dengan variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of job training, rewards, and employee performance at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach, the data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 65 respondents taken from Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya employees. Sampling used saturated sampling technique and the analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the study, job training variables were included in the good classification, reward variables were included in the good classification and employee performance was included in the good classification. The test results show that job training and rewards simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. Job training partially has a significant effect on employee performance and reward partially has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Organizational Activeness and Learning Motivation on Academic Achievement of Management Students at Ormawa Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya for the 2022-2023 period. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with questionnaires, The population in this study was 37 Management Students at the Ormawa Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya for the 2022-2023 period. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study showed that organizational activity and learning motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on academic achievement. Partial Organizational Activeness has a significant effect on Academic Achievement. Learning motivation partially has a significant effect on academic achievement.
