Abstract

According to behavioral finance theory, a person's investment decisions can involve aspects or elements of behavior, so that they are influenced by irrational attitudes. This study aims to determine individual behavior in making family investment decisions in terms of herding behavior and risk tolerance as well as demographic factors in the community in the city of Tasikmalaya. Primary data was taken by distributing questionnaires with snowball sampling technique and collected as many as 247 samples. Data were analyzed using crosstabs analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the people of the city of Tasikmalaya are more likely to choose to invest in moderate risk assets and low risk assets, with a fairly low level of herding behavior and a fairly low level of risk tolerance. The results of the crosstabs analysis showed that there was no significant difference in determining the choice of the type of family investment, between women and men in the Tasikmalaya city community. However, the results of the analysis of other demographic factors, namely marital status, income, and age, there are significant differences in determining the choice of the type of family investment. The results of the multiple regression test showed that herding behavior and risk tolerance, simultaneously, had a significant effect on family investment decisions in the community in the city of Tasikmalaya. The results also showed that partially herding behavior had no significant effect on investment decisions in the community in the city of Tasikmalaya, but risk tolerance partially had a significant effect on investment decisions in the community in the city of Tasikmalaya..

Abstract

The rise of Online Stores, usually triggers people to be easily tempted to shop, because of conveniences such as saving time and energy, available many promos, and many payment options. This results in many students making planned and unplanned online purchases. This study was conducted to analyze Online Impulse Buying Behavior in terms of Flash Sale and Locus of Control on Shopee Consumer Unper Students. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data collected in the form of primary data. Data analysis in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Simultaneous Flash Sale and Locus of Control have a significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee, Partial Flash Sale has a significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee, Partial Locus of Control has no significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial ownership structure and earnings management on firm value in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The method used in this study is the census method. The population studied was 32 companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The data collected were secondary data. Analysis of the data in this study used path analysis using SPSS V. 24. The results showed that the ownership structure and earnings management, simultaneously, had a significant effect on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The ownership structure, partially, has no significant effect on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Earnings management, partially, has a significant effect on the firm value of the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Exchange Indonesian Securities in 2014, and ownership structure does not significantly influence earnings management in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Keywords: ownership structure, earnings management, company value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial bauran pemasaran terhadap volume penjualan pada home industry kerajinan tas Mandiri Olshop Rajapolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 100 orang konsumen kerajinan tas Mandiri Olshop Rajapolah. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk, harga, saluran distribusi, dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan pada Mandiri Olshop Rajapolah. Produk secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Harga secara pasial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Saluran distribusi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Promosi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Kata Kunci: produk, harga, promosi, saluran distribusi dan volume penjualan

Abstract

ABSTRAK.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Strategi Multi Level Marketing (MLM) dengan Model Tupperware Party secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Tupperware di Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan kausalitas dengan pendekatan survei. Dengan jumlah sampel 100 anggota termasuk konsumen sebagai responden produk Tupperware. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk dan Strategi Multi Level Marketing (MLM) dengan Model Tupperware Party secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara parsial Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan juga secara parsial Strategi Multi Level Marketing (MLM) dengan Model Tupperware Party berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Strategi Multi Level Marketing (MLM) dengan Model Tupperware Party, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product Quality and Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Strategy with Tupperware Party Model simultaneously and partially on Tupperware Product Purchasing Decision in Tasikmalaya City. The result of the study shows that Product Quality and Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Strategy with Tupperware Party Model simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decision. Partially Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on the smooth production process (a case study at the Marrivosa Rubber Sandal Cigantang Company, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is survey and quantitative methods. The sample used is random sampling. The data used are primary data in the form of preventive maintenance cost data, damage maintenance cost data, and production target data for the last 5 years, namely in the 2017-2021 period. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 16. The results of the study shows that simultaneously preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance have a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process Partially, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance have a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of work family conflict on the work performance of female bank employees in Tasikmalaya City, and how work stress and work life balance mediate the relationship between work family conflict and work performance. Primary data was taken by distributing questionnaires to female bank employees in the city of Tasikmalaya. The research sample was determined through Snowball Sampling and Accidental Sampling. The questionnaire was distributed in the form of Google Form, and collected 139 respondents' answers. The data were analyzed using the variant-based Structural Equation Model method using the GeSCA program. The results showed that work family conflict directly had a significant effect on work stress, work life balance, and work performance. Meanwhile, work stress has no significant effect on work performance. However, work life balance directly has a significant effect on work performance. Work stress is not able to mediate the effect of work family conflict on work performance, while work life balance is able to mediate the effect of work family conflict on work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of using the EOQ method on Qini Bakery Idrisiyyah Rajapolah and is there any difference between Qini Bakery Idrisiyyah Rajapolah before and after using the EOQ method. The main raw materials used in Qini Bakery Idrisiyyah Rajapolah is Coconut Shell. Qini Bakery Idrisiyyah Rajapolah processes the shell into Briquettes. This study uses interview data collection techniques, library research, and observation. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data analysis method used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost. Based on the results of the study that by calculating the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method the company can optimize inventory and can streamline inventory costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the control of raw material inventory at PD. Morex Tasikmalaya has been efficient or inefficient. One of the raw materials used by PD. Morex Tasikmalaya is a sole. PD. Morex Tasikmalaya processes soles into leather sandal products. This study uses triangulation data collection techniques. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative reconstructive approach. The data analysis method used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost. Based on the results of the study, it is known that with the calculation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method the company can optimize inventory and can streamline inventory costs. Penelitian ini beRTujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada PD. Morex Tasikmalaya efisien atau inefisien. Salah satu bahan baku yang digunakan PD. Morex Tasikmalaya adalah sol. PD. Morex Tasikmalaya mengolah sol menjadi produk sandal kulit. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif rekonstruktif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point dan Total Inventory Cost. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dengan perhitungan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan persediaan dan dapat mengefisienkan biaya persediaan.
