Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality and quantity of the PAI (Islamic Education) tests based on Bloom's taxonomy. The research was conducted at SMP Tarbiyah Islamiyah in Hamparan Perak. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources are Islamic Education teachers and Mid-term tests for Islamic Education subjects, while secondary data sources are from literature studies and previous studies. Data collection instruments are documentation and interviews. The research findings indicated that the analysis of the quality of the items on the reliability aspect shows a reliability coefficient of 0.959 in the reliable category. Distractor analysis showed a functioning distractor at 25 questions or 71.43% and a malfunctioning distractor at 10 questions or 28.57% and analysis of the quality of the items according to Bloom's taxonomy in the cognitive domain. Therefore, from 35 multiple-choice items, it was found that 51.43%  were in the HOTS category and 48.57% were included in the LOTS item category.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru SD di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Understanding by Design terhadap dua kompetensi tersebut. Ada lima hipotesis yang diuji, Pertama: Terdapat pengaruh signifikan seluruh variabel observ (X1.1), (X1.2), (X1.3), (X1.4), dan (X1.5) terhadap variabel penerapan Understanding by Design (X) guru PAI SD di Kota Medan. Kedua: Terdapat pengaruh signifikan seluruh variabel observ (Y1.1), (Y1.2), (Y1.3), (Y1.4), (Y1.5), (Y1.6) (Y1.7), dan (Y1.8) terhadap variabel kompetensi pedagogik (Y1) guru PAI SD di Kota Medan. Ketiga: Terdapat pengaruh signifikan seluruh variabel observ (Y2.1), (Y2.2), (Y2.3), (Y2.4), (Y2.5), dan (Y2.6), dan terhadap variabel kompetensi profesional (Y2) guru PAI SD di Kota Medan. Keempat: Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Understanding by Design (X), terhadap variabel kompetensi pedagogik (Y1) guru PAI SD di Kota Medan. Kelima: Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Understanding by Design (X), terhadap variabel kompetensi profesional (Y2) guru PAI SD di Kota Medan. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 178 orang dengan sampel 121 orang. Pengumpulan data untuk ketiga variabel ini menggunakan angket diperoleh angka koefisien reliabilitasnya: Understanding by Design rhitung sebesar 0.8549., kompetensi pedagogik 0.8531 dan kompetensi profesional 0.7875. Hasil analisis kelima hipotesis yang diajukan menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan seluruh variabel observ terhadap variabel laten Understanding by Design, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, Understanding by Design terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kompetensi profesional. Demikian juga terjadi peningkatan skor sebelum dilakukan perlakuan (pre test) dan sesudah dilakukan perlakuan (post test) atas penerapan kompetensi profesional pada guru PAI SD di Kota Medan.
