Abstract

Aggressive behavior (aggressiveness) often appears to trigger conflicts between religious communities. Conflicts occur that are triggered by aggressive attitudes in verbal and nonverbal forms. The response to uncontrolled verbal aggressiveness increases in the form of physical aggressiveness and/or nonverbal communication. This article aims to reveal and analyze how to control aggressive behavior in relationships between different religions between Muslims, Jews and Christians. Referring to the results of the review, it shows that one effective way to control aggressive behavior is through implementing inter-religious dialogue and giving punishment as a consequence of this aggressive attitude. The results of the analysis also show the importance of improving the image of religion from hostility, disputes and disputes that lead to conflict between people of different religions through a cross-cultural communication approach. Keywords: aggressiveness, religious conflict, interfaith communication   Abstrak Perilaku agresif (agresivitas) seringkali muncul menjadi pemicu konflik antar umat beragama. Konflik terjadi muncul dipicu oleh sikap agresif dalam bentuk verbal maupun nonverbal. Respon atas agresivitas verbal tersebut yang tidak terkontrol meningkat pada bentuk agresivitas fisik, dan atau komunikasi nonverbal. Artikel ini bertujuan mengungkap dan menganalisis bagaimana mengendalikan perilaku agresif dalam relasi kehidupan berbeda agama antara Islam, Yahudi, dan Kristen. Mengacu pada hasil review menunjukkan bahwa salah satu cara efektif dalam mengendalikan perilaku agresif melalui pelaksanaan dialog antarumat beragama serta memberi hukuman (punishment) sebagai konsekuensi sikap agresif tersebut. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan pentingnya memperbaiki citra agama dari permusuhan, perselisihan dan pertikaian yang menjurus pada konflik antarumat berbeda agama melalui pendekatan komunikasi lintas budaya. Abstract

Aggressive behavior (aggressiveness) often appears to trigger conflicts between religious communities. Conflicts that occur arise from verbal aggressiveness. The response to verbal aggressiveness which was then uncontrolled then increased to physical aggressiveness. This study was conducted through a literature review of several studies related to aggressive behavior. The purpose of this study is to find out how to reduce aggressive behavior in religious life. The results of a review of several studies can be concluded that one of the effective ways to reduce aggressive behavior is to carry out inter-religious dialogue and provide punishment (negative consequences). This study also provides an illustration of the importance of cleaning up the image of religion from hostility, disputes and disputes which lead to conflicts between religious adherents which must be resolved by good interfaith communication. Keyword: aggressiveness; religious conflict; communication

Abstract

Airplanes are a universal means of transportation, with planes, we don't have to worry about the time when we want to go anywhere because with airplane transportation we can go anywhere in an efficient and short time. In this day and age, aircraft technology is very advanced. The aircraft component itself consists of several components, namely the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU). The APU functions to supply pneumatic and electrical energy for aircraft, where the electrical functions for electricity on the aircraft while pneumatic functions for engine starting, hydraulic pressure, air conditioning and others. This research method is descriptive research consisting of drafting, data collection, data processing and report preparation. In this step there are more stages which will later serve to get a conclusion in the study. Basically the trouble that often occurs when the APU starting process is on the starter motor component, Troubleshoot that often occurs in the starter motor component, namely the starter motor will continue to rotate when it reaches 50% rpm rotation caused by a starter motor problem, starter relay problem and electronical speed switch problem. Therefore, we must immediately repair or replace these components according to the aircraft maintenance manual so that the aircraft remains airworthy.
