This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon from 2017-2019 which was measured using the liquidity ratio, namely the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio. The data used in this study are the financial statements of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon from 2017-2019. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive statistical analysis method. From the results of data analysis shows the financial performance of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon based on the liquidity ratio in terms of the average current ratio from 2017 to 2019 is above the industry standard of 322.58%. This shows that the current ratio of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon is in good condition, because the higher this ratio, the higher the company's ability to pay short-term debt using its current assets. Financial Performance of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon based on the liquidity ratio in terms of the quick ratio, the average ratio is above the industry standard, which is 316.48%. This shows that the quick ratio of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon is in good condition, so PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon does not need to worry about the company's debt guarantees. Financial Performance of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon based on the liquidity ratio in terms of the cash ratio, the average ratio is above the industry standard of 152.17%. This shows that the quick ratio of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon is in good condition, so PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon still has sufficient cash and deposit funds in the Bank. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon dari tahun 2017-2019 yang diukur menggunakan rasio likuiditas yaitu Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, dan Cash Ratio. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan keuangan PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon dari tahun 2017-2019. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan kinerja keuangan PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon berdasarkan rasio likuiditas ditinjau dari rata-rata current ratio dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019 berada diatas standar industri yaitu sebesar 322.58%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa current ratio PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon dalam kondisi baik, karena semakin tinggi rasio ini maka semakin tinggi pula kemampuan perusahaan dalam membayar hutang jangka pendek dengan menggunakan aktiva lancarnya. Kinerja Keuangan PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon berdasarkan rasio likuiditas ditinjau dari quick ratio yang rata-rata rasionya berada diatas standar industri yaitu sebesar 316.48%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa quick ratio PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon dalam kondisi baik, sehingga PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon tidak perlu merasa khawatir terhadap jaminan hutang perusahaan. Kinerja Keuangan PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon berdasarkan rasio likuiditas ditinjau dari cash ratio yang rata-rata rasionya berada diatas standar industri yaitu sebesar 152.17%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa quick ratio PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon dalam kondisi baik, sehingga PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cirebon masih memiliki kas dan simpanan dana di Bank yang cukup.

The study focuses on freedom and politics, which are often contrasted, as if politics and freedom are contradictory. There is an assumption that there is no freedom in politics or that people are free to do anything with politics. This assumption has developed so that the two can never be united. In the political situation, a political theorist named Hannah Arendt felt an anxiety. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to explore the idea of political freedom according to Hannah Arendt and find its relationship in Indonesian society. The method used in this writing is the literature method with a literature approach. The research results of this study discuss work that is not related to daily activities (labor) but work (work) for a common goal. Meanwhile, in relation to Indonesian politics, work ethic is an attitude that leads to the best results, high competitiveness, optimism and looking for productive and innovative ways to sustain an independent Indonesia. Regarding freedom, Arendt takes the Athenian polis as a model of communicative and open speech space which is the same as politics

Fokus dalam penelitian fonomenologis-etnografis ini adalah menganalisis Kampoeng Heritage Kajoetangan di kota Malang Indonesia. Kampung ini merupakan warisan sejarah yang kaya akan nilai, sistem hidup, historisitas dan kearifan lokal yang patut dilestarikan, diabadikan dan dimaknai dalam sistem kehidupan manusia yang membudaya. Hal ini dikarenakan warisan budaya saat ini telah mengalami banyak perubahan baik bentuk dan tampak serta nilai akibat perkembangan zaman yang juga kian momodifikasi nilai luhur suatu budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat kebermaknaan nilai budaya dalam Kampoeng Heritage Kajoetangan, perubahan sistem hidup dan perkembangan nilai yang patut mendapat perhatian, apresiasi dan museum penghargaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah abservasi langsung dengan wawancara beberapa penduduk setempat dan kemudian dikomparasikan dengan konsep historisitas budaya melalui sumber literaur ilmiah. Penulis menemukan bahwa Kampoeng Heritage Kajoetangan memiliki banyak nilai kehidupan, historisitas sejarah, sistem kehidupan sosio kultural serta konsep hidup yang sarat akan nilai dan makna. Kebaruan yang ditemukan adalah adanya perubahan sistem warisan budaya yang digunakan kini sebagai tempat wisata sejarah tempo dulu namun dengan gaya budaya yang lebih modern kontemporer.

Pada hakikatnya pendidikan bagi kebanyakan orang adalah usaha untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, atau suatu sarana untuk mengembangkan potensi diri, Zaim Elmubarok member pandangan bahwa Pendidikan adalah proses menanamkan dan mengembangkan diri pada peserta didik tentang hidup. Pendidikan sangat penting bagi anak-anak karena dengan pendidikan anak-anak akan di ajarkan bagaimana menjadikan dirinya dewasa dan memeimpinnya kearah kedewasaan. Senada dengan itu Ester Putri Setiyowati mengatakan bahwa pendidikan juga merupakan upaya dan psikomotorik. Oleh karena itu membangun aspek kognisi, afeksi, dan dalam mengembangkan seluruh potensi siswa, potensi itu meliputi kognitif, afektif psikomotorik secara seimbang dan berkesinambungan adalah nilai pendidikan paling tinggi.

The land conflict between the residents of Pengudang Village and PT Buana Megawisatama (BMW) in Bintan Regency dates back to 1993, whenthe company offered compensation to local residents to relinquish their land at disproportionately low prices, accompanied by promises ofresidential plots and housing, most of which were never fulfilled. This imbalance triggered mounting tensions and protests from the community, culminating in demonstrations involving university students and resulting in repressive actions by security forces. This study aims to examine the root causes of the conflict in depth and to evaluate the effectiveness of various resolution efforts undertaken, including mediation and directinterventions by relevant stakeholders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants selected via snowball sampling. The findings reveal that this conflict reflects structural tensions between local communities and corporate interests over access to and control of land, with significant social, economic, and environmental repercussions for the affected population. Despite the local government’s mediation efforts and land retribution initiatives.
