Abstract

The FishGo application is a navigation-based android application using remote sensing sensor technology that is processed with a certain algorithm so that it can provide information on potential fish areas and the best route for traditional fishermen to catch fish. The Patriot Tool (Detecting Fish Catching Areas Using the Internet of Things System) is a development of an application in the form of a fish finder tool to more accurately detect underwater fish biomass. The research objective is to determine the success of patriot service innovation through the FishGo application as an effort to improve the welfare of fishermen in Badung Regency. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research analysis uses the theory of innovation success factors put forward by Bugge, et al which consists of 6 indicators: Governance and innovation, Sources of ideas for innovation, Innovation culture, Capabilities and tools, Objective, outcomes, drivers and trouble, and Collecting innovation data for single innovation. The results of this study are that the implementation of innovation has achieved good results on the source of innovation ideas including internal and external, a culture of innovation by showing good changes to fishermen, cooperation in developing innovation and socialization activities that are intensively carried out to fishermen, the results felt by fishermen experience catch increase. However, innovation governance is still not optimal, there are no basic regulations such as regional regulations and SOPs governing innovation, Human Resources capabilities still need to be added to the fields of electronics, IT and mapping, goals that have not been fully achieved from those that have been set. and there are still external and internal obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

Youth Family Development (BKR) is a program in the form of outreach supported by group cadres in their respective regions which targets teenagers directly or parents who will or already have teenagers aged 10-24 years in increasing the understanding of parents in a family regarding the sustainable growth and development of teenage children, especially in the teenage aspect so that it does not create stunted toddlers in the future. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the implementation of the Youth Family Development (BKR) program in reducing stunting cases in South Kuta District, because South Kuta is the District with the highest number of stunted toddlers, namely 87 cases in Badung Regency in 2023. This research uses Qualitative methods, as well as through Program Implementation theory according to Charles O. Jones (1996:166) quoted by Faridha Nur Islam (2023), the results of this research are in The implementation of the Youth Family Development (BKR) program in reducing stunting cases in South Kuta District did not achieve good results on all existing indicators, namely organization, interpretation, and application/implementation. The ineffective implementation of the Youth Family Development (BKR) program in reducing stunting cases in South Kuta District is influenced by several things, namely lack of human resources, low commitment between sectors, and lack of participation of Youth Family Development (BKR) group cadres.

Abstract

Pengelolaan transportasi publik yang semakin kompleks di Provinsi Bali membutuhkan bentuk kolaborasi dari berbagai pihak, salah satu program transportasi publik yang memiliki peranan penting di Provinsi Bali adalah Bus Trans Metro Dewata yang ditunjukkan sebagai sebuah stimulus pengembangan angkutan perkotaan di Kawasan Metropolitan Sarbagita Bali. Setelah lima tahun berjalan, tujuan program ini nyatanya belum mampu terwujud secara optimal, hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti belum optimalnya proses kolaborasi dan hambatan yang muncul selama perkembangan pengelolaan program. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini hendak mengeksplorasi proses kolaborasi dan mengidentifikasikan faktor-faktor yang menghambat pengelolaan program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam beserta observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang berlangsung selama pengelolaan program ini belum sepenuhnya optimal yang ditunjukkan dari belum terpenuhinya beberapa indikator proses tata kelola kolaboratif oleh Ansel & Gash (2007), hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa budaya dan politik (anggaran) merupakan faktor penghambat dari keberlanjutan pengelolaan program yang mengakibatkan terhentinya program Trans Metro Dewata selama beberapa waktu, tentunya hal ini berdampak pada keberlanjutan transportasi publik di Provinsi Bali.

Abstract

Revitalization of traditional markets is a manifestation of the commitment of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia in efforts to improve the economy through development, empowerment, and then improving the quality of management in traditional markets as an effort to increase the competitiveness of traditional markets. The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the impact of the traditional market revitalization policy on Sukawati Market, because Sukawati Market is one of the markets with a high level of tourism productivity in Gianyar Regency. This study uses Qualitative methods, as well as the Policy Evaluation theory according to William N. Dunn (2003). This study found that the Evaluation of the Impact of the Sukawati Market Revitalization Policy has not achieved optimal results in all policy evaluation indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The suboptimal revitalization policy at Sukawati Market as an effort to increase competitiveness in order to improve the welfare of traders is influenced by several things, namely human resource capacity, changes in infrastructure, and changes in market function after revitalization. The recommendations in this study are increasing human resource capacity, dissemination of information and promotion, and improving market governance.
