Abstract

Post SC patients will complain of pain in the incision area caused by tearing tissue in the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Back pain or pain in the nape is also a complaint commonly felt by post-SC mothers, it is due to the effects of using epidural anesthesia during surgery. But after the operation is complete and the patient begins to regain consciousness, he will feel pain in the part of the body that undergoes surgery. Sectio caesarea surgery has complications of infection, bleeding, injury to the bladder, The purpose of this study was to determine the Comparison of the Effectiveness of aroma therapy lemon and classical music therapy lullaby Against the Pain Scale in Post Partum Mothers after sectio caesarea surgery in the Babusalam Room of Tugu Ibu Hospital in 2023. Research Design Quasi-experimental method is a research method that in its implementation does not use random assignment (random assignment) but by using existing groups. The population in this study is all postoperative caesarean section patients totaling 150 people from caesarean section data from April to May 2023 at Tugu Ibu Hospital. The sample in this study was 30 people divided into 2 intervention groups, each group consisting of 15 people. This study obtained data that before being given therapy, a comparison of post-test pain in the lemon aromatherapy group and lullaby classical music after caesarean section surgery obtained a p value of 0.000, because p > 0.05 it was concluded that there was a significant difference in pain scale after being given lemon aromatherapy therapy and lullaby classical music, which was more effective lemon aroma therapy. Advice For health workers or nurses can apply the administration of Aroma Therapy and Classical Music Therapy to reduce the Pain Scale in Post Partum Mothers after sectio caesarea surgery

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dalam pengembangan kompetensi pegawai di PPSDM Migas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pelatihan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai serta efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat struktural serta analisis dokumen terkait perencanaan dan evaluasi pelatihan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model ADDIE memungkinkan identifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan yang lebih sistematis dan sesuai dengan standar kompetensi sektor migas. Proses analisis kebutuhan pelatihan (AKPK) membantu mengidentifikasi kesenjangan kompetensi pegawai, sementara perancangan pelatihan berbasis jabatan dan penempatan memastikan relevansi materi pelatihan. Implementasi pelatihan mencakup metode blended learning, workshop, serta simulasi studi kasus yang mendukung peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial pegawai. Evaluasi pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi pegawai yang signifikan, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam adopsi teknologi dan pengelolaan konflik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis model ADDIE dalam pengembangan SDM di sektor publik guna meningkatkan daya saing organisasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The intelligence of students in the contemporary era is no longer traditionally measured from cognitive achievement alone. The development of research on children's intelligence states that the ability to multi-intelligence is currently needed in the era of Society 5.0. Because at this time one's intelligence is required to be able to balance the development of an increasingly fast era and changing situations that are uncertain. In Islamic education, human intelligence is based on divine values ​​contained in the Qur'an as the core principle of intelligence. Because the core of Islamic teachings is aimed at developing one's potential as well as leading to an optimal direction. This study is a library research, data is collected from various literatures, then the data is processed by synthesizing various relationships between existing data and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that in order to increase the intelligence of students in the 5.0 era, it is necessary to strengthen contemporary learning models that are relevant in Islamic education. This learning model increases critical-religious reasoning which becomes the capital for students not only to think rationally but also to strengthen the awareness of divinity.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education, marked by the launch of the Rumah Pendidikan Platform by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education in January 2025, has created new opportunities for independent and integrated teacher career development. This study aims to analyze the optimization of the platform’s use in supporting teacher career development, identify the obstacles encountered, and formulate optimization strategies within the Mathematics MGMP of Regional Coordinator III, Bengkalis Regency. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research subjects were selected using purposive sampling and included the MGMP chairperson, active teacher members, and school principals. Data analysis followed an interactive model, while source, technique, and time triangulation were applied to ensure data validity. The findings show that the platform contributes significantly to improving teachers’ pedagogical competence through independent training modules and supports the fulfillment of promotion credit points through digital documentation of certificates and academic works. MGMP plays a strategic role as a collaborative ecosystem that accelerates platform adoption through digital literacy programs and a buddy system. However, three main challenges were identified: limited internet infrastructure, heavy administrative workloads, and non-mandatory regional policies.

Abstract

This study examines the principal’s academic supervision in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri 004 Mundam, Dumai City. The research focuses on supervision planning, implementation approaches, and the impact of supervision on teacher performance. A qualitative case study was used with data from interviews, observation, and documentation involving teachers, the principal, and the school supervisor. The data were analyzed through condensation, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that supervision was planned through a clinical supervision schedule, checks on teaching documents, and annual teacher performance reports. Implementation used directive, non-directive, and collaborative approaches according to teacher typology. Follow-up was provided through rewards for good performance and guidance for teachers needing improvement. Academic supervision helped teachers identify weaknesses, improve teaching methods, strengthen discipline, and increase motivation to enhance learning quality

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of independent training through the Rumah Pendidikan platform for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir in supporting digital transformation in education. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving the principal, vice principal for curriculum, and eight subject teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that independent training through the Rumah Pendidikan platform contributes positively to improving teachers’ digital competence, creativity, confidence, and innovation in technology-based learning. Teachers increasingly utilized interactive presentations, digital quizzes, video learning, and online assessment tools in classroom activities. However, several challenges remained, including unstable internet access, unequal digital competence, limited technological facilities, and teachers’ workload. The school addressed these issues through mentoring, monitoring, motivation, and strengthening digital learning facilities. Therefore, sustainable support is needed to optimize digital-based professional development for teachers.
