Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji bagaimana PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) diterapkan prinsip GCG sebagai contoh perusahaan BUMN yang menunjukkan kualitas pemerintahan yang baik di Indonesia. satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang melayani penumpang dan barang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dan studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menemukan atau dapat menyimpulkan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yatu Implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada PT Kereta Api Indonesia (PT KAI) menciptakan dasar yang kokoh untuk tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, menjaga integritas, dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how to improve the quality of Human Resource Management (SDI) in Sharia financial institutions. The Islamic economy in Indonesia today has undergone substantial development. Unfortunately, the development of these is not balanced by the qualified human resources. Human Resources power is one of the problems faced by the Institute of Sharia recurrence.Using an approach using the literature review approach, which the author is looking for relevant discussion used with study taken from several related articles with human resources management (human).From the results of the can be inferred that to improve the quality managementmen human resources (human) on Sharia financial institutions required training, development, and education on things that relate to the source of human power (human) that is enforced in Sharia institutions and the enactment of certification because if there is no shows the lapse of birth in the field that leads to compete in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to be a form of research that wants to know the extent to which the level of use of android applications on the literacy level of respondents is already much better or significantly increased. In conducting this research, the researcher used a qualitative method with independent variables where the object of this research was an employee at the Baitul Yatama Fadlan Foundation which took a period of 2 days. The results that have been achieved in this study are increasing employee literacy at the Baitul Yatama Fadlan Foundation regarding Islamic banking which is quite effective by using an android application. It can be seen from the survey results which show that in the first survey, 47 percent, which then rose to 67 percent who already knew about Islamic banking. An android application that is considered quite significant in improving employee literacy at the Baitul Yatama Fadlan Foundation.
