Abstract

abstrak Penelitian ini berangkat dari kuantitas ayat-ayat kisah dalam alquran yang tidak sedikit namun belum mendapatkan porsi perhatian yang besar layaknya ayat-ayat lain dalam alquran. Ayat-ayat kisah biasanya diartikan dan dipahami secara literal dan tekstual sebab nilai substantif yang ingin digali darinya hanya sebatas hikmah dan ibrahnya saja sehingga perhatian para sarjana Islam dan pemangku otoritas keagamaan di tempatnya masih terbilang minim padahal reinterpretasi ayat-ayat kisah bila diintergarsikan dengan ilmu sains dan ilmu modern berpotensi menghasilkan hal-hal baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan secara konseptual aspek teoritis yang harus dipahami dalam membaca ulang ayat-ayat kisah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kulitatif-deskriptif dengan tinjauan library reseach. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa porsi ayat-ayat kisah sangat besar dalam alquran yakni berjumlah 1600 ayat dari 6200 an alquran. Ayat-ayat kisah juga memiliki karakteristik tersendiri diantara adalah ayat yang sering diulang-ulang, namun pengulangannya bukan berarti tidak bermakna dan menjadi sisi buruk dalam alquran melainkan justru dalam pengulangannya teradpat sastra yang sangat tinggi dan sarat dengan makna yang tak terduga.

Abstract

Overthinking in kbbi is too much time to think about things in a detrimental way and Overthinking can be in the form of khwatir, Overthinking in the Islamic perspective a special form of feeling of fear. The fear that arises will develop greater if it is accompanied by feelings of alertness, anxiety, the presence of certain fantasies and emotions. Overthinking can be caused because it is not yet fully human to have tawakkal skills and depend only on God, Overthinking can also waste energy from thinking about things in an excessive way. Overthinking makes a person think of fears that do not necessarily occur and then cause anxiety in the individual. Overthinking is not a trivial matter, to be honest, there are no trivial problems, everything must be addressed immediately. The purpose of the study is to know how overthinking is understood, knowing the biography of Muhammad Quraish Shihab and Tafsir Al-Misbah in social conditions and knowing Overthinking and its prevention according to Muhammad Quraish Shihab in Quran Surah Al-Hujurat verse 12.This type of research uses library research, in literature research in collecting data through the analysis of books and books that are related and have a relationship in supporting research and also writing looking at conditions regarding overthinking. Overthinking leads to bad thinking because basically all is well that in the Tafsir surah Al-hujurat verse 12 it is explained, O people of faith, stay away from the earnest efforts of many of the conjectures i.e. prejudice against human beings who do not have adequate indicators, indeed some of the conjectures that do not have indicators are sins.

Abstract

This article examines the typology of hermeneutics and its implementation in the interpretation of legal verses (?y?t al-a?k?m) in the Qur’anic exegesis of Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai. Hermeneutics is often perceived as a foreign approach within Qur’anic studies, while classical Muslim exegetes—particularly those from the Nusantara tradition—are commonly regarded as employing purely textual and normative methods. This study argues that hermeneutical practices have long been embedded in the Islamic exegetical tradition, albeit without explicit theoretical articulation. The purpose of this research is to identify the dominant hermeneutical typology employed by Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai and to analyze how it is implemented in his interpretation of legal verses. This study adopts a qualitative library research method. The primary data are drawn from Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai’s tafsir al-a?k?m, supported by classical and contemporary works on Qur’anic exegesis, Islamic legal theory, and hermeneutics. Data are analyzed using a hermeneutical approach and content analysis to examine patterns of textual interpretation, the relationship between text and context, and the orientation of legal reasoning. The findings reveal that Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai’s tafsir reflects an objective-contextual hermeneutical typology, integrating textual fidelity with contextual considerations and public welfare (ma?la?ah). This study highlights the significant contribution of Nusantara tafsir to the development of Islamic legal hermeneutics. Keywords: Qur’anic hermeneutics, legal exegesis, Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai.
