Abstract

This research was conducted at UMKM Cireng Tijang, the purpose of this study was to find out the Management Strategy in Facing Business Competition. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach, namely an explanatory data analysis and information related to the theories that will be analyzed in qualitative research and provides conclusions from this research. The subject of this research is UMKM Cireng Tijang. Data collection techniques used were library research, observation, interviews and documentation, the data sources used were primary data and secondary data, and data analysis consisted of inductive techniques, deductive techniques and conclusion drawing. The research results obtained regarding Strategic Management Analysis in Facing Business Competition using a Cost Advantage Strategy, where a cost advantage strategy can be carried out by providing high quality products to customers or innovating the products offered to optimally retain customers.

Abstract

Risk management is very important for MSMEs because risk management is useful for gathering information about possible risks that will occur, as well as for developing strategies that need to be implemented at Anukula Resto MSMEs, where Anukula Resto itself is an MSME that is engaged in selling food and drinks such as ice the 2000s and kebabs. mirasa burger. This research aims to determine the implementation of risk management and describe or illustrate the activities of the MSMEs Anukula Resto Serang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using risk analysis in management. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of risk management at Anukula Resto MSMEs has been implemented well for financial risks, marketing risks, while for HRM risks it is still not good. It is proven that there are still errors in the calculations carried out by HR at the Anukula Resto UMKM. Therefore, it is important for Anukula Resto MSMEs to improve and implement risk management well in order to minimize risks that occur in the future.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the printing company CV. Ekribafam Multi Karya, Serang City, Banten. This study aims to find out how important the implementation of operational management is in a business in order to see how effective the products produced by the printing company CV. Ekribafam Multi Karya are. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Where qualitative research is data in the form of words or statements. This study aims to analyze the influence of operational management on the printing company CV. Eribafam Multi Karya. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of interviews, observations, and literature reviews. So that it produces conclusions.
