Abstract

Competition in the industrial world is very tough so that all industries are required to continue to survive by carrying out continuous improvement. One of them in the engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) industry has a vision that is to become a company that is expected in the future and becomes an example in allocating resources owned by the oil and gas industry score. This company has many customers obtained from the tender results. This study proposes to realize, implement Occupational Health and Safety (K3) using the 5R system. Suggestions for this research and further research, namely cooperation between divisions in the company should be further improved so that consistency in doing better work and completeness of K3 in the production process also needs to be improved cooperation between divisions.

Abstract

Porcelain tableware industry is an industry that produces household appliances. The production process must be calculated to fulfill the demand with the process. In calculation with pour algorithm method, campbell dudek and smith algorithm and tabu search algorithm by using visual basic for application software so it can speed up the calculations and avoid the errors in calculations. The objective is to minimize the constraint in the production, to fulfill the market demand and produce more quality of A and B. The calculation result of statistical test can use minitab software to find out whether the calculation can be accepted or rejected. Then, these calculation can be executed into the production of porcelain. In this research, production planning can be done by the VBA calculation result which is the campbell dudek and smith algorithm because it produce an optimal makespan compared to the other algorithm results. The comparison result of statistical test is the campbell dudek and smith algorithm produce the smallest p-value than the others. It concludes that the planning of porcelain tableware can use the campbell dudek and smith algorithm in making work sequences to minimize the processing time and have a high quality products.

Abstract

Information systems at this time have made human life easier. Every company, government and educational institution definitely needs an information system because it is very beneficial for many parties. So now many companies are using information systems to support their company's activities. Because the information system itself can make it easier to manage company activities. ". To find out the extent to which the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of "online presence" is necessary, it is necessary to implement an industrial information system. The cost required by HRD to apply for a permit is reduced by Rp. 115,000/year. According to the evaluation of the online presence, the system is very helpful for HRD in storing and processing employee attendance data in the company.

Abstract

The increase along with the development of the industrial world, the company requires preparation in terms of Quality Control which is supported by using equipment that can guarantee the quality of its products. Along with the development of technology, so many equipment in the form of sophisticated machines that can be used in carrying out the Quality Control process. Such equipment, for example, is a Contour Record machine, CMM, Microscope, Rondcom, and others. Therefore, to know that the Quality Control management in the Quality Assurance Department is running quite well, which in the process has used sophisticated supporting tools and adequate human resources capabilities. Based on the results obtained that the guarantee and control process at PT. Denso Indonesia is based on the standard operating process (SOP).
