Abstract

The increase along with the development of the industrial world, the company requires preparation in terms of Quality Control which is supported by using equipment that can guarantee the quality of its products. Along with the development of technology, so many equipment in the form of sophisticated machines that can be used in carrying out the Quality Control process. Such equipment, for example, is a Contour Record machine, CMM, Microscope, Rondcom, and others. Therefore, to know that the Quality Control management in the Quality Assurance Department is running quite well, which in the process has used sophisticated supporting tools and adequate human resources capabilities. Based on the results obtained that the guarantee and control process at PT. Denso Indonesia is based on the standard operating process (SOP).

Abstract

The automotive and heavy duty parts industry (heavy equipment) has world-class quality guaranteed. To be able to compete in the era of globalization, it is necessary to improve quality, service and prices that can compete with other automotive parts companies which allow us as one of the companies that have been certified to be able to meet the requirements demanded by customers. The company itself already has the two criteria above that can represent this company as one of the competitors to be reckoned with in the automotive industry and heavy duty (heavy equipment), it's just that one of the criteria above is that the quality of the product is not close to what is expected for consumers. . Based on the production data obtained from the Company, it is known that the total production in July - September was 2,126,197 pcs, with a total number of gross seat assy defects of 42,046 pcs, with 19,775.2 ppm. Of course, this will result in considerable losses for the company if it is not repaired. Coupled with the number of customer claims that were repeated 9 times and the company had to pay the cost of poor quality caused by the claim of Rp 18,980,013.67.

Abstract

Desa Limbung memiliki lahan yang cukup luas untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai lahan pertanian yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat dan meningkatkan pasokan makanan. Masyarakat memanfaatkan lahan kosong untuk media tanam dan dijadikan sebagai sumber penghasilan. Tanaman memerlukan air selama proses pertumbuhannya, oleh sebab itu kebutuhan air menjadi faktor yang dapat menentukan kualitas dan kuantitas produktivitas tanaman. Hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam sektor pertanian adalah kebutuhan air tanaman dapat terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan air tanaman pada petak tersier yang terletak di Desa Limbung, Kecamatan Sungai Raya, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, berupa kebun campuran masyarakat setempat yang ditanami tanaman palawija dan papaya. Input dari penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu pola tanam dan data sekunder yaitu data curah hujan dan iklim tahun 2010 sampai 2022 dari stasiun BMKG Supadio. Evapotranspirasi potensial dihitung menggunakan metode Penman-Monteith. Evapotranspirasi dikalikan dengan koefisien tanaman untuk mendapatkan nilai pengunaan konsumtif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai kebutuhan air maksimum terjadi pada bulan September sebesar 4,39 liter/detik sedangkan kebutuhan air minimum terjadi pada bulan November sebesar 1,89 liter/detik.
