The approach to this research is quantitative research using saturated samples. Data was obtained using a survey method with a total of 39 respondents who worked at PT Teluk Luas. The analysis used is SEM-PLS which consists of an outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS software. The results of this research show that there is an influence of work overload on compensation. There is an influence of compensation on employee performance. There is no influence of work stress on employee performance and compensation. Furthermore, there is the influence of work overload through compensation on employee performance. And there is no influence of work stress on employee performance through compensation at PT Leluk Luas. Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on student learning patterns, especially with the emergence of the phenomenon of Popcorn Brain and artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence). Popcorn Brain is a condition in which individuals have difficulty concentrating and thinking deeply due to exposure to instant information overload. Meanwhile, the use of AI in education can improve learning efficiency, but also potentially reduce the critical power and analytical ability of students. This study aims to analyze the effect of Popcorn Brain and AI on student learning ability, with learning motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires based on Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that both Popcorn Brain and AI had a significant influence on students ' learning abilities. Learning motivation acts as an intervening variable that reinforces the relationship between AI and learning ability, although Popcorn Brain's influence on learning ability through motivation is relatively smaller. Therefore, more effective learning strategies are needed to reduce the negative impact of instant information consumption in the student learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on employee commitment, with work motivation as a moderating variable at the West Sumatra Department of Transportation. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach, collecting data through a survey of 95 employees and analyzing it using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that GHRM has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. Work motivation also significantly influences commitment but fails to moderate the relationship between GHRM and employee commitment. These findings confirm that effective GHRM implementation can enhance employee loyalty and engagement without being influenced by individual motivation levels. This study provides implications for organizations in developing environmentally-oriented human resource policies to improve employee performance and retention.
