Abstract

Pancasila, as the foundational ideology of Indonesia, plays a vital role in shaping the nation's character; however, public understanding of its values remains limited.This citizenship outreach program aims to cultivate the spirit of Pancasila by enhancing public awareness of national values through an educational approach. The program also engages students through the Raharja Enrichment Program (REP), an academic initiative that encourages student participation in community service as part of their learning experience. Using an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach, this qualitative study employed interviews and observations of community members involved in the program. Five key variables were examined: Citizenship Socialization, Citizenship Education, Social Environment, Legal Awareness, and the Spirit of Pancasila. The findings indicate that public understanding of Pancasila improved significantly following the outreach activities. Moreover, legal awareness serves as a moderating factor that strengthens the relationship between citizenship socialization and the practice of Pancasila values. Through REP involvement, the program not only benefits the community but also fosters student character development as active and responsible citizens. In conclusion, this program proves effective in promoting Pancasila awareness and provides meaningful learning experiences for students. Future initiatives should strengthen collaboration among academics, government, and local communities} to broaden the program’s impact and sustainability.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in regional economic growth because they are the largest absorbers of labor and a significant contributor to GDP. However, many MSME actors are still constrained by the lack of knowledge in business planning and management. In Ujung Padang and Bosar Maligas Districts, the potential of MSMEs is quite high in the culinary, trade, and handicraft sectors. The observation results show that most MSMEs are still operating traditionally without a clear business plan, thus hindering business development, access to financing, and competitiveness. To answer these problems, the service team held a "Business Planning Training for MSME Actors" to improve understanding and skills in preparing an applicable business plan. This training is expected to be able to encourage the development of MSME businesses in a more targeted and sustainable manner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of macroeconomic factors (exchange rate, inflation, interest rates for Bank Indonesia Certificates, world oil prices) on stock returns with profitability (return on assets) as an intervening variable in mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 -2019. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from monthly and annual data published by Bank Indonesia, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the Energy Information Administration (EIA) and processed using Path Analysis with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that macroeconomics (exchange rate of Rp/US$, inflation, SBI interest rates, world oil prices) and ROA had a direct significant effect on stock returns in the mining sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Macroeconomics (Rp/US$ exchange rate, inflation and world oil prices) have an indirect and significant indirect effect on Stock Return of the mining sector on the IDX, while the SBI interest rate has a significant indirect effect on Stock Return of the mining sector on the IDX.
