Body sizes will increase, both those that are visible such as feet, hands, body height and so on, and those that are not visible such as the heart, lungs, muscles and so on. At the same time, changes are also experienced in the spiritual/mental field, namely increasing the ability to observe, remember, feel, and so on, in line with the physical growth mentioned above, so that a healthy soul will develop in accordance with healthy physical growth as well. The research method is by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article. The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing early childhood development. The research results show that the conclusions of the factors that influence the development of western and Islamic psychological perspectives are heredity, environment and God's provisions. In western psychology, emphasis is placed on factors such as heredity and environment in understanding individual development, while in Islamic psychology, the factor of Allah's provisions is also considered very important.

Abstract

The government of a country which has the power to regulate people's lives does not act arbitrarily, there is a regulatory system that regulates it. The control system describes a hierarchy or ranking from the highest level of rules to the lowest level of rules. The highest level of rules in a country is called the constitution. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen knowledge about the concept and urgency of this institution in national and state life. The research method used was a literature review. By collecting library data and information by exploring knowledge or knowledge from sources such as books, journals, written works, lecture notes and several other sources that are related to the research object. The research results show that the Constitution is the implementation of legal rules in the relationship between society and government. Constitutionalism creates a situation that can increase feelings of security due to restrictions on previously established government authority. There are three views on the role of the constitution in national and state life, namely: The first view assumes that every country has a constitution, but the constitution should not be seen as everything. The second view assumes that the constitution is nothing more than the basic rules of the state in administering the state, and that the most important thing for the state is honest, authoritative and law-abiding state administration. The third view assumes that the constitution does not play a significant role in state life.

Abstract

Early marriage is a complex issue that affects household welfare in various aspects. Social, economic, and cultural factors often trigger early marriage, especially in Indonesia. The negative impacts of early marriage can include limited access to education and job opportunities, increased risk of domestic violence, reproductive health problems, and difficulties in raising children. Therefore, research on the influence of early marriage on household welfare is crucial to find effective solutions to reduce its negative impacts. This research uses a library research method by collecting data from various related literature, such as books, scientific journals, and credible previous research. Critical and in-depth analysis is conducted on the literature to gain a comprehensive understanding of the research topic and build strong, evidence-based arguments. Thus, this literature study becomes a solid foundation for the research. The results show that early marriage is a complex issue that affects household and individual welfare. Factors such as education, knowledge, accidents, relationship consolidation, customs, parental and child attitudes, economy, self-will, and mass media can encourage early marriage. The impacts of early marriage are widespread, including anemia in pregnant adolescents, loss of educational opportunities, limited social interaction, domestic violence, and reproductive health problems. Therefore, preventing early marriage is crucial through formal education, sex education socialization, empowering communities, increasing government roles, and promoting gender equality. By doing so, it is expected to reduce the negative impacts of early marriage and improve individual and household welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the application of cross-cultural counseling improves the social adjustment of migrant students from West Java in the Minangkabau school cultural environment. The study uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods on the research subject, a student with the initials R.D.A, 18 years old, studying at SMA N 1 X Koto. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations to identify patterns of communication barriers and the adjustment process experienced by the subject. The intervention applied used a cross-cultural counseling approach that considers the differences in culture, language, values, customs, and habits of the counselee. The results show that the problems experienced by R.D.A are closely related to differences in language, accent, communication style, and ways of expressing emotions that affect the counselee’s ability to adapt to the social and school environment. This condition leads to low self-confidence, difficulty in social interaction, and barriers in communicating with the surrounding environment. Through the cross-cultural counseling approach, the counseling process helps R.D.A understand that cultural differences are not a weakness but part of self-identity that should be respected, as well as developing communication skills, self-adjustment, and self-confidence in the new social environment. The findings affirm that the application of cross-cultural counseling based on empathy, tolerance, openness, and cultural awareness effectively facilitates the adjustment of migrant students in a culturally diverse school environment without sacrificing their original cultural identity.
