Abstract

Pelatihan Perancangan Pembuatan Infrastruktur Jaringan merupakan program edukatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis para peserta dalam merancang dan membangun infrastruktur jaringan yang efektif dan efisien. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai aspek teknis, mulai dari pemahaman dasar tentang topologi jaringan, konfigurasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, hingga implementasi dan pengelolaan jaringan yang aman dan handal. Melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan praktis, peserta diharapkan dapat menguasai keterampilan penting dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan jaringan, merancang solusi yang tepat, serta melakukan troubleshooting dan pemeliharaan jaringan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan teoretis tetapi juga pengalaman praktis yang berguna dalam situasi nyata. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam menangani proyek jaringan secara mandiri dan profesional, serta mendukung peningkatan kinerja organisasi melalui infrastruktur jaringan yang optimal. Evaluasi pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, menjadikan pelatihan ini sebagai investasi berharga bagi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, efficient and effective information technology services are crucial for companies across various sectors. This paper presents the design and implementation of a web-based IT Helpdesk Ticketing System using the Laravel framework at PT Good and Service Solutions. The existing manual system faced challenges such as delayed responses, difficulty in tracking requests, and lack of visibility into support team performance. The proposed system automates and optimizes the issue management process, allowing for better tracking and reporting of client requests. Key features include ticket management, status tracking, and performance analytics. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance operational efficiency, reduce response times, and improve client satisfaction. The findings indicate that the new system significantly streamlines the support process, providing a structured approach to managing IT issues. Future enhancements may include advanced analytics and security features to further improve system performance.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven many companies to shift from traditional IT infrastructure to cloud-based solutions in order to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and security. This study discusses the migration process of PT. Warsoon Maju Bersama’s internal IT system from an on-premise environment to cloud computing using Amazon Web Services (AWS). The project employed a hybrid methodology, combining the Waterfall model for the initial planning stages and Agile for development and testing phases. The project was divided into six main phases: assessment, architecture planning, cloud environment implementation, data and application migration, testing, and cutover with training. The results show that the migration process was successfully completed within 28 weeks, with minimal downtime, a performance improvement of 18%, short term IT operational cost savings of 15%, and enhanced infrastructure scalability and security. The project evaluation highlights the importance of comprehensive initial assessments, continuous IT team training, and effective change management. These findings provide a significant contribution as a structured and successful cloud migration case study in the logistics industry.
