Technical Training on Village Infrastructure Planning and Supervision for Village Officials in Pondokkasolandeuh Village, Sukabumi Regency Abstract Rural infrastructure development is a key pillar of national economic equality, yet its success is often hampered by the limited technical capacity of village officials. This community service (PkM) activity aims to improve the understanding of the officials of Pondokkasolandeuh Village, Parungkuda District, Sukabumi Regency, regarding the basic principles of planning, implementation, supervision, and the preparation of the Budget Plan (RAB) for village infrastructure work, particularly roads, communal septic tanks, and retaining walls (TPT). The activity was held on 15 January 2026 at the Pondokkasolandeuh Village Hall and attended by 30 participants from among village officials, RT/RW administrators, youth organizations, and the PKK. The method was interactive technical counseling based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), covering material presentation, simulation of volume and RAB calculations, and case-study discussion. Success was measured through a five-item Likert-scale satisfaction questionnaire, participation observation, and question-and-answer sessions, then analyzed descriptively. The questionnaire results from 22 respondents showed that 98.2% of participants responded positively (agree and strongly agree) to all assessment items. The activity produced four main outputs: the delivery of technical counseling, the preparation of modules and materials, technical discussions with positive participant responses, and the signing of an Implementation Agreement (IA) between the Civil Engineering Study Program of Universitas Pakuan and the Village Government. The activity provided an initial reinforcement of village officials' understanding and opened opportunities for sustainable technical assistance
