Abstract

Literasi adalah kemampuan mengakses, memahami, dan menggunakan sesuatu secara cerdas melalui  berbagai aktivitas, antara lain membaca,melihat, menyimak, menulis dan berbicara. Gerakan literasi madrasah (GLM) merupakan upaya yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh untuk menjadikan madrasah sebagai organisasi pembelajaran yang warganya literat sepanjang hayat melalui pelibatan public. Sedangkan gerakan literasi Alquran di madrasah diharapkan menjadi upaya memperkuat kemampuan literasi peserta didik muslim dalam membaca dan memahami Alquran. Kemampuan ini merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dikuasai peserta didik sebagaimana dituntut dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Gerakan literasi Al-quran dalam konteks yang lebih luas merupakan bagian dari upaya penguatan karakter peserta didik.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali informasi tentang peluang dan tantangan aktualisasi Gerakan Literasi Al-qur’an pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bekasi di kabupaten Bekasi.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Responden pada penelitian ini terdiri dari seorang kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bagian kurikulum, dan lima orang guru, serta siswa sejumlah lima orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terkait dengan peluang dan tantangan dalam mengaktualisasikan Gerakan literasi Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The authors conducted this study aiming to reveal the impact of appointing Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) on employee performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bekasi. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK), school principals, and heads of administrative staff and educators at the educational institution where the research was conducted. The results of the research were carried out through eight aspects of the performance of teaching staff; educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, evaluate, and the ability to innovate factors. Overall, all of these aspects show good performance, but the ability to innovate is still categorized as quite low.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain an understanding of how character education can be applied to develop students' broader personalities. The method used uses a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at MAN 2 Bekasi. The principal, deputy principal, homeroom teacher, teachers and students were important sources interviewed. Data were analyzed using the following steps: data collection, data analysis, and conclusion/verification. The research results are as follows: (a) management of character education can be carried out internally and externally in schools; (b) internal school strategies can be implemented: teaching and learning in the classroom, daily activities within the school culture, and curricular and extracurricular activities; and (c) external school strategies can be implemented through the synergy of school educators, students and parents.
