Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan currently does not have a system that can assist in the process of recording business trips. In general, management of letters, especially Business Travel Orders or SPPD, is very important for every government agency or company. In addition to the SPPD, the official travel document that employees need is an accountability sheet that contains details of travel expenses. In making the SPPD, there are currently many deficiencies that must be faced, such as the occurrence of typing errors in inputting data so that the creation of the SPPD is carried out repeatedly, and also the search for proposed employee data, and the assigning employee in making the SPPD has not been done automatically so it requires longer time. As well as calculating the cost of official travel is also still done manually by the HR executive staff. To overcome this problem, a better system is needed so that the recording of official travel at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan becomes more effective and efficient. Therefore, a Mobile-based official travel recording application was created to manage business trips at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Making this application using the waterfall software development method. The stages of the waterfall model start from planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. By using a computerized system, the results of the implementation show that this application is easy to use and recording official travel at the company is faster. Making an Official Travel Order becomes easier, can save time, and minimizes errors that may occur. Facilitate the data search process, because the SPPD that has been created is stored in the database.

Abstract

Koneksi jaringan komputer merupakan suatu hal yang mendasar dalam suatujaringan karena bila koneksi bermasalah, maka semua jenis aplikasi yang dijalankanmelalui jaringan komputer tidak dapat digunakan. Cisco Packet Tracer dapatdigunakan untuk simulasi yang mencerminkan gambaran dari koneksi jaringankomputer pada sistem jaringan yang digunakan, Tujuan membuat rancangan jaringanwireless LAN adalah solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di SMK Telkom2 Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall dan software Cisco PacketTracer. Tahapan dengan pendekatan metode Waterfall terdiri dari analisis, desainsistem, implementasi, testing, dan perawatan sistem. Hasil perancangan jaringanwireless LAN di SMK Telkom 2 Medan yang tersusun dengan sistematis untukmembantu kinerja anggota sekolah tersebut agar lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Computer systems are currently needed by many companies. The stock of goods owned by the company also needs to be considered. Maju Jaya Parfum in its sales can be higher or lower depending on the request of each seller, as a result, several difficulties and errors arise in recording reports on purchases and inventory of goods. Therefore, inventory management is very necessary to avoid circumstances that are detrimental to the company which can cause considerable expenses for the company. System development in this study uses the Waterfall model and the research method used is the R&D method, then the algorithm used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). The results showed that the existence of this system can display the ordering process, transactions of incoming goods and outgoing goods digitally instead of manually and be able to help Maju jaya perfume in overcoming the amount of perfume stock needed to be more effective and efficient.
