The development of communication technology in this era is something that we must accept with all the consequences that occur behind it all. There are many positive things that Akita buses get by utilizing the presence of this communication technology, in addition to the negative things that are behind it. Many agencies/institutions have utilized this communication technology to facilitate their work, including Salam TV; who always use communication technology to delegate tasks to fellow employees. The benefits obtained due to the use of communication technology are greater than the harms. Among them is being able to cut the distance and time, but the message is still delivered as desired. Regarding the obstacles that occur, of course there are, but solutions to these obstacles can be given.

This research aims to uncover the problem of the transformation of traditional broadcasting to social media which includes the occurrence of two major contradictory things; namely the challenges that traditional broadcasting institutions may face in welcoming the presence of social media as well as the great opportunities that traditional broadcasting institutions will get due to the presence of social media. This type of research is qualitative research, where data collection is carried out through interviews with several informants and direct observations in the field, then the data is collected, then processed and analyzed using the inductive method, namely drawing conclusions from the specific to the general. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that Salam TV as a research site considers that the phenomenon of the presence of social media can be both a challenge and an opportunity; The challenge faced is that some of Salam TV's viewers have turned to social media with all the convenience it offers, whereas they think that traditional broadcasting is no longer relevant in their lives. However, there is an opportunity for Salam TV in this case which they have successfully exploited, namely that the presence of social media stimulates Salam TV to also be present on social media, namely by reposting its superior programs via social media platforms. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyingkap problem transformasi penyiaran tradisional menuju media sosial yang mencakup terjadinya 2 hal besar yang bertolak belakang; yaitu tantangan yang mungkin akan dihadapi oleh lembaga penyiaran tradisional menyambut kehadiran media sosial serta peluang besar yang didapatkan oleh lembaga penyiaran tradisional akibat kehadiran media sosial.. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui metode wawancara terhadap beberapa informan serta pengamatan (observasi) langsung di lapangan, kemudian data dikumpulkan, lalu diolah, dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode induktif yaitu menarik suatu kesimpulan dari yang khusus kepada yang umum. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Salam TV sebagai tempat penelitian memandang bahwa fenomena hadirnya media sosial bisa menjadi tantangan sekaligus menjadi peluang; sisi tantangan yang dihadapi adalah bahwa sebagian penonton Salam TV beralih menuju ke media sosial dengan segala bentuk kenyamanan yang ditawarkan, sebaliknya mereka menganggap bahwa penyiaran tradisional sudah tidak relevan dalam kehidupan mereka. Akan tetapi terdapat peluang untuk Salam TV dalam hal ini yang berhasil mereka manfaatkan, yaitu bahwa kehadiran media sosial menstimuli Salam TV untuk hadir juga di media sosial, yaitu dengan cara memposting ulang program-program unggulannya melalui plarform media sosial.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of the Muslim community in Aek Raso Village towards the services provided by the BRILink Agent, managed by Mr. Dimas Purwanto since 2017. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 40 respondents from a total of 160 Muslim residents in Dusun Teratai. The sampling technique applied is Simple Random Sampling, while data collection was conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The questionnaire used a four-option Likert scale to measure the community's satisfaction level. The results indicate that the majority of the community is highly satisfied with the services of the BRILink Agent. About 97.5% of respondents stated that BRILink has had a significant impact on the community, 87.5% were satisfied with the speed of transactions, and 93% expressed an overall high level of satisfaction. Factors influencing this satisfaction include ease of access, friendly service, comfortable facilities, cleanliness of the environment, and transaction efficiency. The study concludes that the BRILink Agent services in Aek Raso Village successfully meet the community's needs for easy, fast, and efficient access to banking services. These findings highlight the importance of service quality in shaping positive community perceptions and enhancing financial inclusion in rural areas.

The ability to speak in public (Public Speaking) for a teenager is one of the abilities that greatly supports activities in working and doing various creativity. Especially in the current era of technological advancement, there are many things that can be done by teenagers as an effort to make breakthrough changes in a positive direction by mastering Public Speaking. It's just that the fact that many teenagers do not have good public speaking skills to convey ideas in public so that it hampers their efforts in this regard. The purpose of this activity is to uncover potential as well as an effort to help Koto Perambahan Village teenagers in improving their skills in the field of Public Speaking or public speaking skills. Public speaking skills are something that must be trained from an early age; Because it will be beneficial for the future. The method of implementing service consists of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The result of this activity is that the trainee teenagers have demonstrated their Public Speaking skills after getting direction and guidance.
