Abstract

The spread of false informations could damage the integrity of elections, but it could be prevented through the organizational communication. Clear communication, understandable voting schedule, polling station, and essential participation steps could ensure the voters with disabilities to get access to informations without barriers. The research aimed to describe how the communication of the General Election Commission of Bogor Regency could increase the participation of voters with disabilities in the 2024 general election. Effective communication within an organization was essential to convey information successfully. Positive results such as harmonious relationships and smooth coordinations could be achieved by communicating effectively. The research used the face-to-face organizational communication theory including five dimensions, namely quality of information media, ease of access to information, information distribution, information load, and information accuracy. The research used the descriptive quantitative method. Data were collected by the survey and questionaires distributed to 91 respondents. Results of the research indicated the quality of information media having mean score 4.47 categorized as very good, the information access having mean score 4.31 categorized as very good, the information distribution having mean score 4.28 categorized as very good, the information load having mean score 3.93 categorized as good, and the information accuracy having mean score 4.26 categorized as very good. Therefore, the organizational communication generally had mean score 4.25 categorized as very good. The research recommended that the effective communication was continually conducted to increase the participation of voters with disabilities.

Abstract

Upaya pemerintah dalam melakukan pengendalian dan mengontrol jumlah pengangguran yaitu dengan melakukan pengumpulan data mengenai dokumen yang berhubungan dengan ketenagakerjaan salah satunya Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja (AK/1). Untuk mempermudah proses pengumpulan data dan penerima layanan, dimanfaatkanlah teknologi sebagai sarana pelayanan. Adapun dalam proses pelaksanaannya masyarakat masih mengalami kendala. Untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Ketenagakerjaan Melalui Website Lapak Manjur ini digunakan teori Parasuraman dalam Ridwanullah yang terdapat 5 dimensi yaitu Bukti Fisik (Tangibles), Keandalan (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance) dan Empati (Emphaty). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner/angket. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 85 orang responden masyarakat pemohon dokumen kartu AK/1. Hasil menunjukkan rekapitulasi pada dimensi Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) mendapatkan skor 3,77 dengan kategori Baik, dimensi Keandalan (Reliability) mendapatkan skor 4,22 termasuk pada kategori Sangat Baik, dimensi Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) mendapatkan skor 3,96 termasuk pada kategori Baik, dimensi Jaminan (Assurance) mendapatkan skor 4,12 termasuk pada kategori Baik, dan dimensi Empati (Emphaty) mendapatkan skor 4,18 termasuk pada kategori Baik. Maka dari itu, Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Ketenagakerjaan melalui website Lapak Manjur di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Cianjur menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,05 termasuk pada kategori Baik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of infrastructure development programs and map out what factors influence infrastructure development programs. This research took place in Ciawi Sub-District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. The research method used a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The determination of informants was carried out by purposive sampling, namely people who knew the infrastructure development program in Ciawi District. Data collection used observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Participatory Development in Ciawi Sub-District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, has been implemented well, as indicated by the community's participation in the development planning and implementation of infrastructure development. Support factors that influence participatory infrastructure development are community awareness, community participation, and local governments, while the inhibiting factors for participatory infrastructure development are the quality of public education, the level of community income, and development facilities/equipment.

Abstract

Testing of Motor vehicle transportation is a form of public service that aims to inspect roadworthy vehicles. This public service is vital because it determines road safety. This study aims to find the quality of periodic testing services in city transportation. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 377 vehicle owners who received testing services. Determination of the sample using the formula Yamane. The result was 79 respondents. Also, the sample of this study was 18 testing staff. Data collection techniques used literature study, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses Weight Mean Score (WMS) calculations. This study produces an average data score of 3.93 (out of the highest score of 5) for assessing the quality of public services testing motor vehicles, which it showed proper criteria. It means that the quality of service already done well. However, there are still complaints from the public regarding parking areas and waiting rooms, which the community assesses as still lacking, so the facilities need to be improved.
