Abstract

This study aims to analyze the importance of the role of Indonesian as a tool for inclusion and harmonization in a multicultural office environment. The method used in the study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method used to explain in detail and in detail how important the role of Indonesian is in uniting cultural differences, namely as a language of unity. Data collection was carried out through interviews conducted with several employees working in companies with diverse scopes. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the main problems related to communication between employees in a multicultural office environment. Indonesian plays a key role in effectively resolving these challenges. The results of the study show that Indonesian has a significant role as a tool that helps facilitate cross-cultural understanding and cooperation in the workplace. By using Indonesian as the main medium of communication, employees from different cultural backgrounds can interact more effectively and harmoniously. Thus, the conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of the role of the Indonesian language in creating inclusion and harmonization in the multicultural office environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini peneliti bertujuan membahas estetika konsep wabi sabi dalam dongeng Jepang Kasa Jizou. Sebuah dongeng yang penuh makna bercerita tentang sepasang kakek dan nenek yang hidup dalam keadaan miskin, yang ingin merayakan tahun baru tetapi tidak memiliki uang. Dongeng ini sangat menarik diteliti karena terdapat nilai estetika wabi sabi di dalamnya. Wabi sabi (yang dapat ditulis 侘寂 atau 侘び寂び) berasal dari dua kata yang terpisah, keduanya syarat nilai estetika, berakar pada sastra, budaya, dan agama. Wabi adalah tentang menemukan keindahan dalam kesederhanaan, dan kekayaan spiritual dan ketenangan dalam melepaskan diri dari dunia material. Sabi lebih peduli dengan berlalunya waktu, dengan cara segala sesuatu tumbuh dan membusuk dan bagaimana penuaan mengubah sifat visual dari hal-hal itu. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu dongeng Kasa Jizou. Data yang digunakan berupa kalimat dan cuplikan gambar. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu di dalam dongeng Kasa Jizou ditemukan keindahan pemikiran wabi sabi. Konsep wabi yang ditemukan ada 3 macam yaitu wabi (kemiskinan, kekurangan), wabishii (kemalangan dan kesepian), dan wabiru (kecemasan). Sementara konsep sabi terdapat 3 macam yaitu sabi (kesederhanaan), sabishii (kesendirian dan kesepian), dan sabiru (tanda tua). Kata kunci: Dongeng; estetika; Kasa Jizou; wabi sabi
