Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyelesaian tindak pidana eksploitasi ekonomi terhadap anak melalui Restorative Justice khususnya di wilayah kerja Kepolisian Sektor Panakkukang serta memahami hambatan yang dialami Kepolisian Sektor Panakkukang dalam hal penyelesaian tindak pidana eksploitasi ekonomi terhadap anak melalui Restorative Justice. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian hukuam kualitatif dengan penekanan penelitian empiris hukum yang diperoleh dari lapangan dipadukan dengan pendekatan Yuridis atau undang-undang dan peraturan hukum lainnya atau bahan-bahan literatur hukum (Statute Approach). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang dapat dilihat dari penyelesaian tindak pidana eksploitasi ekonomi terhadap anak melalui Restorative Justice telah berjalan dengan baik sebagaimana amanat Peraturan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 Tahun 2022 Tentang Penanganan Tindak Pidana Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif. Penerapan tersbebut melalui tahapan pelaksanaan Preemtif, Preventif, dan Represif. Kemudian hambatan Kepolisian Sektor Panakkukang dalam hal penyelesaian kasus tindak pidana eksploitasi ekonomi terhadap anak melalui Restorative Justice yaitu Jenis Tindak Pidana Eksploitasi Ekonomi terhadap Anak dilakukan dengan Aktifitas Seksual Korban Anak, Faktor Ekonomi keluarga korban anak, dan ketidaksepakatan pihak yang terlibat This study aims to determine the resolution of criminal acts of economic exploitation of children through Restorative Justice, especially in the Panakkukang Sector Police work area and to understand the obstacles experienced by the Panakkukang Sector Police in terms of resolving criminal acts of economic exploitation of children through Restorative Justice. The method used is a qualitative legal research method with an emphasis on empirical legal research obtained from the field combined with a juridical approach or laws and other legal regulations or legal literature materials (Statute Approach). Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the settlement of criminal acts of economic exploitation of children through Restorative Justice has gone well as mandated by the Regulation of the Indonesian National Police Number 8 of 2022 concerning Handling Crimes Based on Restorative Justice. The implementation is through the stages of Preemptive, Preventive, and Repressive implementation. Then the obstacles of the Panakkukang Sector Police in terms of solving cases of economic exploitation of children through Restorative Justice are the types of economic exploitation of children carried out by the sexual activities of child victims, the economic factors of the child victim's family, and the disagreement of the parties involved
