Abstract

An individual's sleep quality can be hindered by the presence of very bright light, therefore, this research aims to create a device that can enhance the effectiveness and quality of sleep using LATURA (Universal Sleep Lamp), whose light intensity can be controlled using a WIFI and Bluetooth-enabled smartphone. Data collection in this study involves testing the device, accompanied by a survey of public responses after using this tool. The data analysis technique employs a tool performance test. The results of this research indicate that the success rate of LATURA shows that the system's effectiveness, as seen from public responses after using the device, has a success rate of 78%, where, on average, people are satisfied with the created device.

Abstract

Pelatihan Tahap 2 Pengelolaan Website Desa Harjatani dilaksanakan pada 12 September 2025 sebagai tindak lanjut dari pelatihan tahap pertama yang masih terbatas pada pengenalan dasar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan aparatur desa dalam mengelola layanan publik berbasis digital melalui praktik langsung pengunggahan berita, publikasi dokumen resmi, serta pemanfaatan fitur interaktif website. Metode pelatihan dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, dan praktik mandiri yang didampingi fasilitator. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana mayoritas peserta mampu mengelola konten website secara mandiri, memahami prosedur keamanan data, dan membentuk tim pengelola website desa sehingga keberlanjutan layanan digital dapat lebih terjamin.

Abstract

This study analyzes the maintenance process of the Roll Bending machine used in the wind tower production line at PT Kenertec Power System, Cilegon, Indonesia. The Roll Bending machine plays a crucial role in shaping steel plates into cylindrical shell components, which are later assembled into wind tower sections. The objective of this research is to identify maintenance patterns, types of failures, and improvement strategies to ensure machine reliability and operational efficiency. The research employed observation, interviews with maintenance personnel, and documentation review to collect relevant data. The findings show that the machine experienced multiple failures, mostly related to hydraulic system leaks, PLC programming errors, and component wear such as cylinders, seals, and gear pumps. A significant increase in corrective maintenance activities occurred between August 2023 and April 2024, particularly in February 2024, indicating the need for a more consistent predictive maintenance strategy. The implications of this study highlight that optimized maintenance scheduling and monitoring are essential to reduce downtime, avoid production delays, and maintain product quality. This research is expected to support maintenance decision-making and contribute to the improvement of industrial machine reliability in wind tower manufacturing operations.
