Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of customer trust and commitment on the purchase intentions of consumers regarding electronic products in Bandung, West Java. The respondents for this study consisted of 100 consumers of electronic products in the city of Bandung, West Java, selected through convenience sampling. The analytical model employed in this research is multiple linear regression. The findings of the regression analysis reveal a positive influence of both trust and commitment on the purchase intentions of consumers of electronic products in the city of Bandung, West Java. Moreover, it is observed that both trust and commitment significantly contribute to purchase intentions individually, with a significance level of α= 0.05.

Abstract

Produk scourer merupakan salah satu kebutuhan rumah tangga yang digunakan secara rutin dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Scotch-Brite sebagai merek scourer di bawah lisensi PT 3M Indonesia dikenal luas oleh masyarakat, namun masih terdapat perbedaan persepsi konsumen terkait harga, kualitas produk, dan brand awareness yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian produk 3M kategori scourer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 responden yang merupakan konsumen dan calon konsumen Scotch-Brite, dengan teknik sampling total. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas produk, dan brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan brand awareness sebagai variabel yang paling dominan. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi sebesar 41,6% terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Empowering the younger generation through entrepreneurship education is a strategic effort to foster independence and enhance the competitiveness of human resources. However, entrepreneurial interest among senior high school students remains relatively low due to limited understanding of business concepts and a lack of practical experience. This community service activity aimed to empower students of SMA Plus Al-Manshuriyah through Business Model Canvas (BMC) training as an effort to stimulate entrepreneurial interest. The activity was conducted in one day, on August 25, 2025, using participatory and applicative methods, which included stages of preparation, training, practice and mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicated an improvement in students’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas. In addition, students demonstrated increased creativity, active participation, self-confidence, and interest in designing and developing business ideas independently. Therefore, Business Model Canvas training proved to be effective as a means of strengthening entrepreneurship education and empowering senior high school students.
