Abstract

This study delves into the critical maintenance and repair procedures for ceramic pressing machines, integral to ceramic tile production. Through a comprehensive review of techniques and best practices, the research aims to optimize machine efficiency and quality output. Employing a methodical approach involving regular cleaning, component inspection, and timely part replacement, the study underscores the significance of skilled technicians proficient in diagnosing and rectifying issues before they escalate. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the necessity of rigorous training for maintenance personnel and machine operators to ensure seamless operations and minimal production disruptions. The implications of these findings extend to the broader manufacturing sector, offering insights into enhancing machinery longevity and productivity. highlight : Proper maintenance ensures smooth operation and prevents unexpected breakdowns. Trained technicians are essential for effective repair and troubleshooting. Rigorous training for maintenance staff and operators optimizes machine performance and minimizes production downtime. Abstract

Online games have become entertainment for almost all groups, especially young people who fall into the Generation Z category. Technological developments are also a factor in why online games are also developing. The online game industry has made many innovations, one of which is presenting a microtransaction business model in the games they make. Microtransaction requires a certain amount of real money to buy a number of virtual items. This research aims to analyze the significant impact of microtransactions on financial management, the frequency and nominal value of online game microtransactions as well as how to reduce the negative impacts arising from online game microtransactions on generation Z. The research uses quantitative research methods.Finding the sample was carried out randomly by distributing online questionnaires and sample selection using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis and processing using SmartPLS-3 resulted in the result that there is a fairly strong impact of online game microtransactions on generation Z's personal financial management.

Abstract

PT Sandiya Jaya Abadi, is a company that focuses on lathe fabrication and engineering, milling/drilling, gtaw (tig), smaw, gmaw welding. This company produces various kinds of bolt components that are in motorcycles. One of them, namely, Joint Break Arm is a connection to the rear brake adjuster on a motorbike. The problems that occur in the Joint Break Arm product are, the size does not match the specified size, the diameter does not match, and the shape of the surface is rough. This study aims to analyze the root causes of product defects and to provide repair solutions for the Joint Break Arm product using the Six Sigma method. This study shows that the DPO value is 3.330791107 and the DPMO is 330791.1. As well as the Six Sigma value of, 4.914390716. From the results of the analysis of these defects, suggestions for improvements are given to reduce the number of these defects. Proposed improvements are: Organizing training to raise awareness of the importance of maintaining product and machine quality; Supervise raw materials before they are stored in the warehouse; Carry out maintenance and repair of machines regularly and continuously (sustainable); Create standard controls for checking tool posts on machines, use life time controls on zigs and create standards for mixing friction media and workpieces; Maintain all core and supporting elements to maintain a well-maintained work environment.
