Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust on knowledge sharing among Employees in Telkom Corporate University Center Bandung. A phenomenon employees will be selective for the exchange of knowledge with colleagues. Trust measured by affect based trust and cognition based trust. While, knowledge sharing behavior measured by knowledge donation and collecting. The approach uses the quantitative in total 131 respondents. The results of the analysis highlighted that value of trust in Telkom CorpU Center is in high category with cognitive based trust as the highest dimension of mean. The value of knowledge sharing is in high category with knowledge gathering as the highest dimension of mean. The result also shows significance relationship between trust and knowledge sharing. In order to increase knowledge sharing, trust should improved. Author suggest that leader should telling the truth no matter what, management must build an opportunity to show that teamwork is important as well. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan antar karyawan di Telkom Corporate University Center Bandung. Fenomena karyawan terbatas pada perilaku saling bertukar pengetahuan dengan rekan kerja. Kepercayaan diukur berdasarkan kepercayaan berbasis kepercayaan dan kepercayaan berbasis kognisi. Sedangkan, perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diukur dengan bantuan pengetahuan dan pengumpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan total 131 responden. Hasil analisis menyoroti bahwa nilai kepercayaan pada Telkom CorpU Center berada pada kategori tinggi dengan kepercayaan berbasis kognitif sebagai dimensi rata-rata tertinggi. Nilai knowledge sharing dalam kategori tinggi dengan knowledge gathering sebagai dimensi dengan rata-rata tertinggi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara saling percaya dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Untuk meningkatkan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, kepercayaan harus ditingkatkan. Penulis menyarankan bahwa pemimpin harus mengatakan yang sebenarnya, tidak peduli apa konsekuensinya, manajemen harus membangun kesempatan untuk menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama tim juga penting.

Abstract

The main purpose of the community outreach program at Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Garut is to improve the knowledge and awareness from the MSMEs in Garut regrading the importance of integrating their sales to the digital ecosystem. The community outreach program used workshop method and devided the program into three different sessions. The workshop was carried out by lecturers from Universitas 17 August 1945 Jakarta. The workshop was specifically intended for the MSMEs as they need to keep adapted in today’s uncertain economic condition post Covid-19 pandemic. One of the findings is that there is a negative perception among the MSMEs in Garut on the brand from Indonesia. The workshop aimed not only to improve the Nation Brand Index of Indonesia but also to improve knowledges on the importance of brand awareness and E-WOM optimalization.

Abstract

This article aims to test and analyze the effect of Promotion Strategy and Social Media on the Attractiveness of prospective new students moderated by Brand Image on the selection of study programs at the University of 17 August 1945 Jakarta. The population in this study used a sample of 232 respondents, who were final year students from SMA, SMK, MA, and Paket C. The data collection technique used simple random sampling by distributing research questionnaires in the form of Google Forms through social media and socialization at school. The data processing method in this study uses Smart PLS software which is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that promotional strategies and social media and brand image are proven to have a positive and significant effect on attractiveness. Brand image has a significant effect and can moderate the effect of promotional strategies on attractiveness, and brand image is proven to be significant and can moderate the effect of social media on attractiveness. The results of this study recommend universities to determine the interest of prospective students in continuing their education to a higher level through the influence of promotional strategies and social media to attract new prospective students.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities facilitated by Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Garut has the main goal of preparing the community to face the onslaught of technology that continues to develop in this digital era. The implementation of community service activities is carried out using the workshop method which is divided into three sessions with different materials. The session on the industrial revolution 4.0 was held in the first session with the speaker from the University of 17 August 1945 Jakarta lecturer. This service activity is expected to help MSME to keep abreast of digital technology developments, especially after Covid-19, the level of community dependence on technology is getting higher. This of course can be a huge opportunity for MSME if they can master the use of technology. One of the findings obtained from this workshop activity is that MSME are still unfamiliar with several technologies that are supposed to assist their activities. This makes their activities can not be carried out optimally. Therefore, this workshop activity is expected to be able to help the business activities of MSME by starting to use some of the existing technology.

Abstract

Tujuan utama pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di wilayah RT 10 Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan bagi pelaku UMKM di terkait pentingnya pemanfaatan digital marketing bagi UMKM. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan metode loka karya (workshop) dibagi kedalam empat sesi dimana pada masing-masing sesi diberikan materi yang berbeda-beda. Pada keseluruhan sesi, termasuk sesi tentang pemanfaatan platform digital untuk meningkatkan ekspor UMKM, narasumber yang menjadi pemateri berasal dari Dosen Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Hal ini sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat, khususnya pelaku UMKM yang harus terus berjuang di tengah kondisi ekonomi negara dan dunia yang semakin tidak menentu pasca pandemi Covid-19 dan konflik di Ukraina. Salah satu hasil temuan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian pada sesi keempat yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan dari pelaku UMKM di wilayah RW 10 Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara terkait platform digital untuk ekspor barang-barang milik UMKM. Sehingga, dengan adanya penyampaian informasi kepada peserta loka karya terkait platform e-commerce khusus untuk ekspor barang-barang UMKM, diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM di wilayah RW 10 Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara untuk dapat melakukan ekspansi pasar.

Abstract

Independent Competency-Based Internship (MBKM) activities are an integral part of higher education programs that aim to improve students' practical skills through direct experience in the industrial world. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of MBKM student activities. PT Pangkal Multikarya as one of the largest authorized distributors of YKK AP has 33 years of experience in the field of aluminum installation. PT Pangkal Multikarya has handled more than hundreds of projects ranging from residential houses, housing, banks, hotels, office buildings, showrooms, and shop houses to high-rise buildings. PT Pangkal Multikarya's services include the installation of window walls, curtain walls, frameless glass, hanging glass, ACP, and flexible glass. The research method used is a case study with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that MBKM activities at PT Pangkal Multikarya provide opportunities for students to develop technical and non-technical skills relevant to the world of work. Students are involved in various projects and activities that are not only in the internship placement division, but also include other divisions in PT Pangkal Multikarya. Thus, the results of this service provide valuable insights into the implementation of MBKM activities at PT Pangkal Multikarya and provide a basis for the development of a more effective internship program in the future

Abstract

This community service journal is about "Workshop on Building Competencies of Students of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta in Financial Management, Procurement, and Company Facilities". This community service journal is motivated by the need for Practical Competence in the World of Work, Preparation for Competition in the World of Work and Adjustment to Industry Trends. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the competence of students of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta in knowledge of Financial Management, Procurement and Facilities. Data processing for this community service journal uses the t test for two related groups where this is to determine whether there is an influence after the implementation of workshop activities by conducting pre and post tests. Abstract

Sebagai negara pemilik cadangan nikel dan eksportir nikel terbesar di dunia, Indonesia telah mengambil keputusan strategis di industri nikel yaitu ekspansi ke industri nikel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif serta untuk mengetahui posisi strategis Indonesia sekaligus merumuskan strategi berdasarkan hasil perhitungan EFAS dan IFAS pada analisis SWOT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi Indonesia dalam industri nikel berada pada kuadran IV sehingga Indonesia harus menggunakan strategi WT (weaknesses-threats) atau strategi defensif dalam mengatasinya. Peneliti memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah dan para investor domestik untuk melakukan langkah sinergis dalam melestarikan lingkungan, mendiversifikasi pasar, membangun infrastruktur, membuat strategi penetapan harga, memperhatikan kesehatan & keselamatan para pekerja tambang, serta membangun perencanaan strategis
