Abstract

Companies that develops in technology are that operates in the banking sector. The banking companies used to compare the service strategy are Bank Bapas 69, Bank XYZ, and Bank Mandiri Taspen. The research was carried out by using data collection methods based on literature studies and analyzing them based on ITIL guidelines regarding service strategy. Bank Bapas has used the ITIL V3 framework with a service strategy domain, while XYZ Bank has conducted an evaluation using the ITIL V3 framework with service transition and service operation domain, and Bank Mandiri has used stages in service strategy, namely IT service portfolio, in its development. The results at Bank Bapas reveal that the services used are good and only need periodic maintenance, while at Bank XYZ it shows that IT has been implemented properly and refers to clear and actual procedures, while at Bank Mandiri the output obtained would result in a catalog IT service using service charter for the logistics. The results of the comparison between three journals prove that only a few differences are found, because in the use of service strategy, the majority output is the same in solving problems in the company.

Abstract

This paper discusses the review of the implementation of EA (Enterprise Architecture) in the healthcare industry through a comparative analysis of case studies using two frameworks namely TOGAF ADM and Zachman. The purpose of writing this paper is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of each case study, as well as provide an understanding of the use of frameworks in the health industry. The type of analysis in this paper is a qualitative analysis using five papers containing case studies from different health companies which implement the ADM and Zachman TOGAF framework. The results of the analysis show that the two frameworks have different approaches in dealing with certain challenges and needs of the healthcare industry. In addition, there is the use of a matrix, namely the TOGAF framework which aims to provide an overview of the relationships and dependencies between the elements of the two frameworks. After doing the analysis and matrix, it can be concluded that the two frameworks are able to influence EA in the health industry. Thus, making it easier for companies to plan, design, manage, and implement enterprise architecture in an effective and efficient manner.

Abstract

Publikasi dari United Nations menyampaikan 40% lahan bumi mengalami penurunan kualitas tanah setiap tahun, dampak yang dihasilkan dari permasalahan lahan kritis adalah isu ketahanan pangan nasional. Salah satu UMKM penggiat budidaya hidroponik adalah Syifa Hidroponik. Syifa Hidroponik didirikan oleh Ir. Suardi Raden sejak tahun 2014 yang memiliki ketertarikan dalam bidang implementasi teknologi untuk mendukung budidaya hidroponik dan bersedia mendukung tim pengusul melalui program PKM-PI. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan mitra, tim pengusul mengidentifikasi tiga permasalahan utama dalam budidaya tanaman hidroponik, yaitu faktor iklim, hama tanaman, dan pengelolaan nutrisi. Realisasi kegiatan yang telah dilakukan mencakup survei secara langsung di Syifa Hidroponik, wawancara dengan mitra mengenai permasalahan yang dialami, diskusi terkait rancangan yang akan dilakukan, melakukan gambaran akan rancangan yang akan dibuat, merancang perangkat IoT, dan mengimplementasikannya terhadap tanaman. Hasil yang akan dicapai yaitu implementasi IoT. Hasil dari implementasi IoT adalah perangkat sensor yang terhubung ke dalam microcontroller yang akan ditampilkan ke dalam website yang dapat diakses untuk melihat data kondisi suhu, kelembapan, pH, nutrisi, dan informasi tanaman yang ditanam secara real-time, serta cara penanggulangannya. Kesimpulan dari hasil implementasi adalah untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra, seperti masalah pengelolaan nutrisi, hama tanaman, dan pH air. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah suatu perangkat IoT yang membantu dalam mengecek kadar nutrisi dan pH air, membantu mendeteksi hama melalui penerapan teknologi IoT dan machine learning untuk pemberian pestisida nabati, dan yang terakhir, pengendalian suhu melalui penggunaan sensor suhu, serta sistem informasi yang terintegrasi di dalam smart greenhouse.
