Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a learning process that can show student learning outcomes with maximum results. The problem that students often find is that they tend to lack learning outcomes in mathematics subjects. So to overcome these problems, the use of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type cooperative method can be used because this learning allows students to focus on cooperation in small groups. This type of research is classroom action research with a quantitative approach. Data sources obtained from student learning outcomes are in the form of pre-test and post-test. The population used was grade VII C students. The study was carried out 2 cycles as an evaluation process to show the expected results. The results of this study are showing that in cycle 1 students can well follow the learning process, but still with less learning outcomes. While in cycle 2 with improvements in providing reinforcement from teachers, so that students can be more active and show excellent learning results. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan sebuah proses pembelajaran yang dapat menunjukan hasil belajar siswa dengan hasil yang maksimal. Permasalahan yang sering temukan oleh siswa yaitu cenderung kurang dalam hasil belajarnya pada mata pelajaran matematika. Sehingga untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penggunaan metode kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dapat digunakan karena pembelajaran ini memungkinkan siswa dapat berfokus pada kerja sama dalam kelompok kecil. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari hasil belajar siswa berupa pre-test dan post-test. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas VII C. Penelitian dilakukan 2 siklus sebagai proses evaluasi untuk menunjukan hasil yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukan bahwa pada siklus 1 siswa dapat dengan baik mengikuti proses pembelajaran, tetapi masih dengan hasil belajar yang kurang. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 dengan perbaikan pada pemberian penguatan dari guru, sehingga siswa dapat lebih aktif dan menunjukan hasil belajar yang sangat baik.

Abstract

Based on an analysis conducted at the senior high school level, it was found that several students were still unable to grasp mathematical concepts effectively. One contributing factor to this issue was the lack of engaging and interactive instructional media. This study aimed to develop e-learning as a medium for mathematics instruction to improve concept comprehension among twelfth-grade students. This research followed a design-based approach using the Plomp model, which consisted of three stages: the preliminary research stage, the development stage, and the assessment stage. The subjects of the study were 12th-grade students from SMA Negeri 1 Ubud. The instruments used in this study included product validation instruments, practicality instruments, teacher and student questionnaires, as well as effectiveness instruments in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The characteristics of the developed product included interactivity, a systematically structured learning management system, and the ability to facilitate both teachers and students in accessing learning materials and outcomes within a well-integrated system. The results indicate that the developed e-learning media is valid, practical, and effective. Further research is recommended to add Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration so that the content is more extensive.
